I like he scales with magnus and Megs
You can cheat a little bit with WFC prime and rase his waist area up

@halfaway How does it handle? I know it's just an upscaled KO of the official WfC Optimus, but how is its QC? Since PX won't do deluxe sized figs to fit with the official figs (there are exceptions, I know), I may as well go for figs that fit their sizes and I'm a much bigger fan of WfC versions of Optimus than I am of FoC (not that Jupiter isn't a bad ass fig, I just prefer WfC).

It feels really good! tight joints , plastic feels good not seeing/feeling any weak or trouble areas (only paint chipping, and that would add to the WfC look) the only loose part on mine is the leg swivel other than that , it's solid
alt mode on mine at least
Seems to all line up good for the most part
I got him for 50 on ebay, I am super happy with what I got.

Feels like I overpaid by $10.00 but would have spent the 10 to get it because he's worth it. ..ya dig?

The slight complaint I have is face sculpt isn't as sharp /don't get me wrong it still looks fine

I got ITF Optimus too and it feels and looks like good quality, but the white version isn't. On the white version, practically every joint is loose. The paint isn't as good on the white version either. I also have the shattered glass purple Optimus which is also just as good as the red one. I need to get the black Nemesis ITF...I got them for $35 a while back on TFDirect, which I think is the right price...

Pretty well dwarfs him, not in height necessarily but definitely in chunk lol. Also completely different aesthetic. I'll try to remember to get a pic after work if you'd like.

CD looks like it'll be big and chunky so it'll match that aspect!

Bit of a long shot but has anyone had success contacting PlanetX for replacement parts/support?

I purchased Pluto from TaoBao and he arrived today. Opened the box to find his left leg detached. The pin going through the centre of the thigh ratchet has snapped and the leg can't be re-attached. I've disassembled the hips and the thigh and removed the ratchet/ball joint. That's all I'd need to get this guy up and running again. I'm going to reach out to my seller on TaoBao but I'm doubtful of getting much support, so I'm wondering about contacting PlanetX directly.
Found their details in the 3rd party Company contacts thread and thought I'd reach out to them and see. Happy to pay for a new thigh joint if needed.

Otherwise I have to try and glue it and honestly, it's unlikely to be strong enough to hold if I do that, plus the risk of getting glue in the ratchet teeth!!

I've heard good things about a lot of 3P companies so far but never come across much in the way of info on Planet X. This and Jupiter are the only figures I have from them I think. Pluto 1.jpg Pluto hip.jpg

Edit: My TaoBao seller is contacting the factory to ask for replacement parts. Said he should hear back in 1-2 weeks. Fortunately, this chap is my primary seller and I've bought a lot of stuff from him and will be buying more in the future so he hopefully will be willing to assist. If not, I'll reach out to Planet X via Facebook message and their email. Hopefully, they'll be approachable as their Facebook posts are in English.

My Pluto broke in the same exact spot after I transformed it for the first time. I had luck with BBTS saying they would replace it had they had it in stock. I dropped it there, and then kind of forgot about it, which reminds me that I should email them again now that it's in stock. Honestly though I'd prefer to have replacement parts than have to ship mine back to BBTS. Hopefully Planet X gets back to you!

My Pluto arrived from TCP not long ago without his back spikes. They’re trying to get replacements and I’ll report back on their success. They said it could take 30-45 days and that was about three weeks ago, now.

Had the exact same problem with mine. Ordered from ebay and was broke when I opened it. Contacted the seller and PX at the same time, heard back from both. Seller already got my part and PX was still waiting to hear back from the factory.... that was the middle of Oct. Thought I was going to be out of luck getting help from the seller but instead they got a repeat customer out of me for resolving the issue.

Mine arrived with some missing screw hole covers. I tried contacting them through FB and after a few questions, they just told me to go through my retailer. I contacted TCP and they reached out to Planet X for replacements but they never arrived. This was when the figure was first released.

Lack of customer support from Planet X really put me off the whole line tbh...

Yes, but it involves a large amount of patience with them. Best way is to reach them via Facebook Messinger and send them pics regarding why you're requesting the replacements. They will respond with "contact the e-tailer you bought it from". Go ahead and do so and also provide them with pics of the issue. Here's the patience part - They (PX) will take their sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee *breathes* eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet time to get back to you. Just remind them on occasion regarding the matter and they will send the replacement. I had an issue with my Triton (Paddles) regarding broken blades for Caelus. It took them a while to do it, but I did get my replacement sword.
