So we know imagery of Megs exists.
People have seen him in the earlier preview of the film.
There even has to be concept art for him.

Think the rest of us will be able to see him?

 

All we know is that he looked very G1 like the Bots on Cybertron. There is not a concept art out there yet, but I'm thinking we will see some soon.

How long after the release of the film did we start seeing concept art for TLK?

... No thank you. Rather like him to be a tank. I doubt that they'll ever make megatron into a gun in live action tho.

He wasn't all that G1 looking (like Prime, Starscream, etc). According the person who saw the screening, he had a G1ish silhouette, but still resembled a bit like his '07 counterpart. He was definitely a remnant from the early cut.

Unfortunately, the closest thing I can think of that he MIGHT have looked like is a non-Cuteformered version of the one on the right:

It's not clear to me whether this was based on actual concept art (as TFwiki suggests) or if it MIGHT have been (as the TFW2005 article this came from infers).

 

It’s hard to even say, conclusively, what a Knightverse Megs would’ve looked like. But yeah, basically think movie Megs but simpler, with a G1-ny helmet and fusion cannon. I doubt he looked as G1-like as the other Cybertron characters.

 

Okay now I'm picturing a grey version of Dropkick with a fusion cannon that probably transforms into a jet  

 

With the new Soundwave figure coming and proudly showing that gun I suddenly feel really excited to know what it’s gonna be called. Also it makes way more sense that Soundwave holds Megatron.
