If it happens, then it would be probably two figures, a regular one and a faceless "Battle damaged" one. Gotta make those sweet hasbro Benjamins somehow

 

Would've preferred the actual "THWARSCWEAM" wound than the DOTM one.

 

I agree the DOTM version with this battle damage would better but the FINAL DOTM battle would be killer, axe in removable head, "splitting headache" Megatron.

 

I like the deco overall - I have no preference either way about the head.
I do think they'd have made this more of a 'must buy' if it had more changes to the mould. such as adding wingletts to the tank mode - perhaps some engines too. and also perhaps remoulding either one or both of the arms.

Everyone always seems to forget that Megatron has these hoop like stractures on his arms for some odd reason they end up looking like spines.

The darker deco is pretty appealing though.

I have been thinking of changing all my old Voyager/lwaders out for oversized because their paint apps are Superior and sometimes better fixes. On the other hand I don\'t know if my budget can handle that when I might just throw my hands up and say it\'s good enough.

Then comes the space constriants, I was thinking of switching out all for legends class but I don\'t know if I appreciate the simplicity.

These are way to many problems to be thinking of just over some plastic...

Figures. I would’ve never bought the original release if I had known they were going to re-release it with a battle damaged deco. That head, despite being somewhat inaccurate, looks so cool.

Great so now I gotta do something with my SS 13 Megatron. The deco on this new one beats it.

 

I'm torn between buying SS-31 and swapping out the parts I don't like (rust sword, and battle damaged face) and just to repainting some of my SS-13. I'm conflicted.

 

I'll wait for in-hand images before I decide, but right now, this looks like a pass for me. I prefer the clean look of the original. This one almost looks like a hand-painted custom, which is kind of cool, but it's not my thing.

 

It's legitimately the funniest scene in that movie, unironically.

Yall be complaining about repaints but now your talking about buying them, like goddamn its not the hard to make this if you have ss-13. All you have to do is burn parts of it.
