A bit late but I'm heading to my youngest sister's house with presents. I was going to go yesterday but there was heavy rain and the street turned into a river.
Between now and then, I am hoping to go 3 more times. The end of 2020 will be trip 4. I just got a pay raise, and by then I will have paid off my car, so that is an extra $300/month. I have many things to do over there.
Missing my cat- Molly. She gave me a huge kiss right on my nose this morning, and it melted my heart- I didn't want to leave for work. My cat and I have these moments where she definitely shows genuine love man- like she's trying to tell me: You're my daddy and I love you... I didn't know this: When cats sit on you, and they put their ass in your face, they aren't doing it to offend you- what they're actually doing is facing outward towards the rest of the house to watch for intruders- they're guarding you. When they rub up against you, obviously it's their way of showing love or asking for attention, but what they're also doing is showing they know who the boss is, they're claiming you as their family- it's a form of acknowledgement. The longer we've had her, there have been moments where her behavior confused us a little, so we looked it up, and it's all signs of her acknowledging that we're her family and she loves us. ^_^
Watching the MythBusters Merry Mega Marathon. I've been watching the show since 2003 but I still love my holiday marathons. Also coffee and leftover raspberry pie.
Same with the Mega Marathon. But I am also peeved because a certain troll on Fanfiction.net has left vulgar reviews on all of my stories, and I am TRYING to find the perp's location, but no luck. The perp also has been banned from the site so many times it's not even funny. Plus, on top of that, NO ONE can find their IP address so the perp can be banned from the site for good. However, I did give the troll the last laugh by saying they would piss off the wrong person on that site soon and get banned for good, not to mention get arrested in their home country.
Sitting here worrying about a friend of mine. Been having seizures the past several days and last thing I heard from her was she was having one. It's been a hour and a half and I haven't heard from her or her wife who I've repeatedly tried calling and texting to let her know this is happening. Just really hoping everything got sorted out and they were both so tired they just went to bed without thinking to tell me what happened...
Looking for a dentist while waiting for my ex- girlfriend to call me back while she is training to be a dentist. These wisdom teeth have got to go.
Thanking the deities I got out of getting stuck in the trash bin corral. Management had update the locks (pull latch) and installed new wood plus raised the siding. Great, I get it and it looks nice. The wind blew the gate shut behind me, no problem toss my trash in the bin and reach over to unlock the gate. Couldn't reach it and there was no pull chord. I'm short so standing on the gate and reaching over meant my weight was keeping the door in place. Back on the ground meant I'd let go. Had my phone on me, who do I call if I get stuck, after hours security first. Thankfully the gate on the opposite end which is locked when the trash truck comes. Was unlocked so I was able to get out, in short wtf to the new upgrades. If push came to shove I could have climbed over but what if I couldn't have. Someone is gonna get stuck.
