Judging by the prototype, I hope that mean we will get red visor Soundwave.

 

Magnus has rubber tyres too. I’d say they won’t change it for future regular carbots, though. If we get Super Ginrai one day maybe expect them on him!

 

Big bots(re more expensive) have always had rubber tires, Rodimus, Optimus, and Ultra Magnus. Big not just in size but their tier as a character.

 

I have not seen that pose on Prowl before. Makes the torso look not as bad although I think he looks great except for below the knees. Really isn’t too far off from the MP aside from that whole clear part. I also like how they’ve solved the lightbar situations for when/if they release his mold brothers.

Seeing Prowl as a prototype made me realize how much I want him as a another character. Come on Smokescreen!

 

I think it's gonna happen in a few years, Hasbro knows there's demand for it. In the meantime I think they're going to focus attention on the cybertronian characters that have been neglected through the years.

 

Actually after getting some Siege figures, I wonder if Hasbro has given some idea to a unified Legends or Legends+ class like the 3P. The biggest problem I had with that was that different companies had different scales.

 

You mean the dozens of updates we have gotten already are not enough? Or are you essentially just asking for a downscaled MP line?

 

I am loving this prowl. I just love how weird and sci-fi the altmode is. I need it now. And the autotrooper retool. Hasbro I know you made that kremzeek a blast effect for a reason. I know what you’re getting at, and I wat you to go all the way.

 

I\'m happy they finally showed off the Matrix and stuff, I was afraid it was going to be super small since the transformation for the new MP looks pretty complicated.. It seems they gave it a lighter colored blue for the core of the matrix, as opposed to that really deep blue they\'ve been using for the last couple of MP\'s, and it seems to be decently sized as well.

The Siege stuff is looking fantastic as well, I wasn\'t sure about Soundwave\'s alt mode at first, but it\'s apparently grown on me and reminds me of the FoC Shockwave figure\'s alt mode to a degree, so I\'m looking forward to seeing some fully colored images in the near future.

As far as Bumblebee goes, I\'m still on the fence with all that, as it stands I haven\'t even seen the movie yet. Not from lack of interest mind you, just haven\'t had the time or money to do so.. 


Here\'s hoping 2019 brings us many more wonderful figures and add-on\'s for us all to enjoy, and hopefully it won\'t cost an arm, leg or any major internal organs.... lol.

Best bots since generatons in my opinion; outside the RID bots after Beast Machines.  Sorry Combiner Wars.  Not enough transformation variety.

 

Looks like the human figures won\'t be detailed painted.  For the price of the set, surprised they missed that detail.

 

Dude they’re pretty detailed for the size. If they did anymore it’d get real messy.

Wait... Seige wave FOUR?  Did I miss the previews of wave three or did they just decide not to show them yet?  I\'m hoping for a relatively toon-accurate Springer to go with my Kup, Blurr, and Arcee.

 

I wonder if we would just end up getting new non-headmaster versions.

I'm okay with the headmaster versions of Kup and Blurr... they're fairly toon accurate (with the Takara paint jobs, anyway). And I've got LG10 Arcee who fits very nicely. But I'm still waiting for a toon accurate Springer to go with them. The best toy we've had of him so far (Thrilling 30) is much more in the Wreckers style than the G1 cartoon. So I'm hoping that the Siege Springer they are (supposedly) releasing will fill that niche.

I just checked out TFWiki and it looks like Springer isn't definitively listed as being part of Siege anymore. They previously had him as a speculated figure, but he's not up there any longer. Sigh. Guess I'll just hope he's part of a future wave.
