oh hahaha, i thought this was the Fort Max thread. MY BAD:p

Uh, yeah, this Scrop rocks, 2nd best from MM so far - I think their Omega with the addon is tops.

I just picked up this guy. That tail really resists going in, doesn't it.

I ended up taking some sandpaper and lightly sanding the peg enough to get it in, but keep it tight. Seems all the tolerances of stuff I have messed with on it so far are tight. This thing is a tank for sure compared to the earlier releases.

I really enjoy this figure but there are a couple of QC issues where they just dropped the ball. The joints on the head master being the biggest problem.

After fiddling with him for a bit, this is the configuration I decided to go with.

In my display Scorp outranks FMAX. It's just that good.

I found that no amount of floor polish helped The headmaster's hips or feet. Those strange three prong "sockets" seem to be extra prone to looseness, though I get that they're like that for transformation purposes.

I found him and the statue quite recently - I think on BBTS. Have you looked around? Some of these MasterMade figures have become a bit scarce, but they can be found with a little digging.

I have the complete citybot set, and these 2 are fanstastic. IMO these are the top 2 in the citybot set, even better than FT Max (gasp)!

    short answer: get both.

Sorry to resurrect such an old thread... Had this guy sitting sealed for a long time and just opened him with the kids today.

For the life of me, I can't seem to peg in the big tail. As the tail has lots of small bits, I am afraid I'm going to break it while trying to insert the tail.

Did everyone have similar issues inserting the tail? Besides using sand paper did anyone else find any successful ways to get it in?

    Thanks!

The spot that it pegs into on the back is pretty blatant and on mine it went in really smooth. Mind posting a of where you're pegging it and the connections to make sure we're all on the same page?
