This looks good. Blast Off looks so much better to me with the correct eye color- did you paint that?

 

@ramsesiden I'm in for the entire set if they're going to be sold as a finished product kit vs items that need paint or other work.

I wasn't sold on the chest piece until you posted that fully painted version today. That one looks much better than the earlier prototypes!

You've done an amazing job combining the best of both of these sets!

I don't care for the grayed out painted-over torso pieces, I'd probably leave mine how they look from Zeta. I assume that's not part of the kit, that's just you painting over the ZT torso, correct?  

 

The chest piece is “suppose to” come from blastoff. Wouldn’t it make sense to have the purple and brown on the chest piece match the purple and brown on UT blastoff? Then if using zeta blastoff for the right orientation, have another chest piece that matches that brown.

 

i might have to build myself a mix n match bruticus as loving how your upgrades are looking ... was holding off for someone else to make a better set of combaticons but this does look really good

 

Agreed. And I'm curious how (bad?) the UT chest piece looks on the Zeta torso. If it doesn't look too undersized, could an adapter be made to attach that to the Zeta Onslaught vs having to have an entirely 3D-printed piece?

 

Agreed. I am for FT Bruticus just because but I definitely would love to buy a painted set of this and then buy Zeta Onslaught. The UT limbbots are just perfect for the characters. I love my Decepticons.

 

Yes I painted them most of them , I painted Blast off silver in the eyes, and pink on the forehead

 

I agree, I was looking for sites which can give me that option, in fact it has some parts that are very very solid and others that are a bit flexible, I found FDM and Injected molded plastic in I-materilize site , but most options are a little expensive guys, It would be great if a chinese company like PE could print the pieces for me, that is why I was asking for a partner who could deliver the print, I can provide the gcode with the specific configuration, about the Z torso, yes that is correct I'm attaching an image so you can see, there is a video about that, you can attach/detach the chest whenever you want, and I see no paint chipping that surprised even to me  

 

yes that is true, I really don't like Blast off colors, his Purple and Brown are too dead, no vivid colors, I used the Swindle purple, anyway I can create another pieces in that color, the brown and purple pieces are removable, so I will do that, and let's see how it looks

 

Sure I can make that adapter as well, in fact it was my first idea, but then I was doing this thing to be very cartoon accurate including the angles and sizes, maybe the colors are wrong but most of the proportions are ok, it is a bit small for my taste, anyway I'm sharing some pics, other reason I didn't go that way was because the 2 fins the original zeta torso have, so the new chest plate looks a bit wrong in some angles but in case you are interested in the adapter, I can create it

 

Neat, I would probably do both adapters just to have the option of using the UT Blastoff chest piece.

I am interested in this, I have 2 of the UT (Swindle & Brawl, look really good), wanted to finish but I want the height of the Zeta one.

Excellent. So you found a way to produce them for a reasonable price.
Another option is to sell the 3D Print files through something like CGTrader or one of those sites. You can earn money for the files and folks can print for themselves.

Question for those in the know: Hands and feet come with the bots individually or Zetas Onslaught?

 

This and Superion's Silver Arrow are better in that they come with ALL of the combiner parts. Therefore, when we get Blitzkrieg we literally have everything for both sets. This is a perfect option.
