…which doesn't apply to the people that don't accept them and thus isn't a valid argument in their eyes.

It honestly seems that Hasbro hate Cliffjumper. The last time we saw him he was killed by Starscream and turned into a flipping terrorcon! And in Bumblebee, he gets his arm ripped off and gets straight up cut in half

    But it was truly Dope!

Your list of stuff that matters is everything I find boring or irrelevant about movies. I never heard of "rules of cinema". Care to tell me who invented them ? Charlie Chaplin ? Siskel and Ebert ? The stupid tomato guys ? Ill never understand movie buffs. They have found a way to take the fun out of movies with their outspoken opinions. You ever heard the old saying one mans trash is another mans treasure ? I think thats a fair way to look at any movie. All you movie buffs love boring ass movies like dances with wolves, forrest gump, titanic, 50 shades of grey, etc....yall be like "oh the acting is so great" and s**t. You do realize there just reading shit off a paper or teleprompter that somebody else wrote ? And the stories are hit or miss depending on your tastes. Michael Bay made Transformers fun. The movies werent supposed to be analyzed. They were supposed to be enjoyed with some popcorn and soda.

Some guy on the boards said there's a new post-credits scene where a TFs head is dragged off screen by some humans. This wasnt in my preview screening. Real or BS?

The Last Jedi was awesome. The fans just suck like Luke Skywalker sucking on an aliens breast milk.

I stayed after the credits to be sure, if there would be any other credit scenes and I didn't see that at all.

Just saw the film again tonight. Now to get something out of the way. To the parent who thought it was a good idea to bring their kid to the theater who is known to have a terribly short attention span and paces around to aid it wearing fucking light up sneakers, you are absolutely the worst kind of person to allow your kid to wear that to a theater. It's infuriating I even have to say this.

Alright, now seeing the movie twice, I can confidently say this was the best of the series and I enjoyed it as much as I enjoyed watching it the first time (well, aside from the kid and his light show).

Three things I noticed in the second viewing:
    • It seems like Ratchet was put on the front lines as a last resort type of thing. You can hear Arcee trying to call the capital (Iacon?) for backup but she failed to connect the call. It really shows how desperate the Autobots were.
    • Shockwave says "Destroy the launchpad, let none escape".
    • They used the old school Decepticon logo instead of the movieverse version.

I stayed for the entire credits and there wasn't an end credits scene at my showing. I believe you just was an ad which coincidentally had a robot head like you mentioned.

Please just stop. The last knight practically bankrupt Paramount. They lost major sponsorships and deals. Every movie in the series declined in ratings and by tf4 everyone was tired of the same shit

Apparently some of you didn’t hear Shockwave when he said that at your first showing but they made him very loud and clear so I wasn’t really sure how anyone misheard him.

I didn't expect Shockwave to have a line so once I heard it, I was too busy nerding over the sheer wonderfulness of his voice that I completely missed the line.

Went to the advanced screening on the 8th and saw it again today this afternoon. The big difference about this film to me was how I felt when it was finished. Walking out of the theater I had a feeling of positivity and happiness. I left the previous 5 movies feeling exhausted lol

A lot of that has to do with the way this movie ended. The previous 5 ended shortly after the final battle was won. Bumblebee ended with a few separate charming scenes that wonderfully concluded the story, especially Charlie fixing and driving the car. It was just such a happy ending and I loved it!

Yeah I guess I understand. Every time they showed a character I was waiting for a line so I guess I was the opposite lol

Checked out the Bumblebee movie last night(12-20-18) & really enjoyed it. Love how well done it was. Now if only we can get the Optimus Prime movie to do these things in particular...Tell the story of Orion Pax evolving into Optimus while telling Megatrons back story of how he became the leader of the Decepticons & having this lead up to the Fall of Cybertron/War for Cybertron. Feature as many beloved G1 characters as possible in detail & not kill them off right away. The time is just right for this to happen in my opinion.

Prime doing the "explosion pose" from the cartoon film put a HUGE smile on my face.

You are correct and in no way am I disagreeing with you, but please do not discredit the many actors and directors who spend their entire professional career crafting those movies which you find “boring” and making them amazing in terms of story telling, acting, etc. Keep in mind someone may think the Bay transformers movies were not fun at all. Not everyone loves action. A lot of people enjoy well thought out and well acted films. Why do you think the Academy Awards exist?

I wasn’t expecting it AT ALL! It was nice seeing a Autobot not named Jazz die in the Movies for once.
