Really wish this wasn't the convertible version. Looks okay regardless.

Definitely much better than the one from 2011. The first DOTM Sideswipe figure could…not…stand…up! This one appears to be a big improvement. Look forward to getting this one.

I\'ve got ROTF Sideswipe and this is in no way an improvement. The gray plastic is terrible. It is like they tried to make it look silver, but it just looks disgusting.

Once I’m done playing with my Baybots after that first week, I pop the kibble off for display. Stuff like Blackout and Brawl’s arm panels, Bumblebee’s backpack, so I am happy to see Sideswipe’s front end has one attachment point. It really streamlines them and pops back on for transformation.

*looks at pics* Oh, yeah. That's the stuff. *twitches* Hasbro has me hooked on their product, I'm an addict. I'm stopping when they start asking me to whore, though.

Backpack aside, I'm finding myself liking this more than Sidearm Sideswipe... and yes, I own Sidearm Sideswipe.

I haven't owned a deluxe of movie Sideswipe for a while, but didn't the the backpack fold up at the windshield? I may be thinking of the Human Alliance version, which to me is my preferred scale for him.

Another Sidearm Sideswipe adherent. How is it this SS version is less car but seems to have more backpack kibble then ever before? It's probably smaller than Sidearm too.

I was excited when this was first announced, but now back to 'searching ebay for the plain gray one.

Are the back wings still adjustable? I saw them folded out on some produt shots a while back.
Looks like a pretty good rendition of Rotf Sideswipe, but I guess we\'ll just have to wait and see whether this thing meets our expectations.
