I saw them last week in Forbidden Planet birmingham . I was tempted by Bombburst but disappointed i had missed out on Skullgrin . I wish they were just pretenders rather than Prime Masters though .
For me it was all about the shells, which is why the last few without decoy suits annoyed me so. The size was right, the play pattern with the little robots worked, it was just what they turned into was naff. Any larger and you're hitting issues with how articulated the pretender shell should be which then restricts the inner robot to the chest cavity meaning that wouldn't get much bigger I'd have been happy if they ditched the prime master gimmick and made the inner robot turn into the original inner robot's head. HASBRO if you'd like to do more Pretenders/Pretender classics like that then I have money for you....
Btw it,s possibly the w3 Legends are also now in circulation, so if anyone sees them get a picture! Seen in FP, but you can never be sure if they're imports or not There's also a w2 revision case floating around - Smyths have had it - with Sludge, Snarl, Moonracer and Blackwing in for those still needing to complete their Dinobots
