My local comic shop had the non-vintage wave Scarlet Spider (the Rhino BAF one) and original (Hobgoblin BAF wave) Spider-Man 2099. So I used my store credit to get them back in my collection. I had them both before, but gave them away for some reason.

Anyway, I wish there was a way to mix the two Scarlet Spiders' parts together. I like the original's red color over the vintage wave's shiny red, but the vintage wave's blue jacket/spider better than the older one's. Ah, well.

The Spider-Man 2099 I picked up has some loose leg and neck issues. His head is also a bit shaky. The more disturbing thing though was when I popped the head off. Now, either this was a kid's toy at some point before being sold to my local comic shop...or someone was really bad at their attempt to fix the head wobbling as inside the head was...gum. Crusty bits of gum.

I was able to get it all out with hot water and some towel scrubbing, but...wow.

Now I have some Future floor polish here to fix the loose parts, but I'm curious. How do you get the polish into places like the neck joint? Use a toothpick? The bobblehead issue I know I can just brush the polish onto the ball peg, and the upper legs I think I can just drip into the openings, but the neck part stumps me.

Use a toothpick to apply drops to any joints you can’t easily get to. Once applied, move the joint around to get it completely covered. Should be good but depending on how loose, you may need to apply additional coats but wait at least a day in between.

Target was doing a massive store restock today. I almost wish I had gone shopping like 2 hours from now so I could check the Legends for anything new.

I don't have alot, but I do like having fodder pieces. Its like building something from LEGOs.

The head is from Dagger. I don't plan on using it for this body. The head is actually meant for a different custom that I am putting together. Would be done if the dude would actually ship the items I bought. A bit worried though since he did relist one of the items. Anyways, this was originally supposed to be Mary Jane in a Deadpool costume based on Artgerm's cover variant, but I ended up using the head for Black Widow instead.

I wonder if Sharon Carter or Dagger would be a better head for a Dazzler: agent of Shield custom. That was one of my favorite looks. I was initially thinking that once both are sufficiently dirt cheap I would just put Warlock Wave Dazzler's head on Onslaught Wave Sharon's body, but there's probably better ways.

Tallying it all up, I actually got enough Marvel Legends to make a top 10 list this year. Last year was very Star Wars focused, and next year will just be pain because there will be both.

I've been eyeing Dazzler and she went down to $8.50 at one point yesterday, but has increased since then.

Did anybody's Sharon Carter turn out like the photo on the back of the box? It seemed like all of the ones I saw had puckered lips.
