Finally, Amazon managed to ship me a new, unopened, undamaged Studio Series Megatron.

    3rd time lucky.

Also a quick end of day voyager Megatron bargain find. Knew it felt like a 10 TF day today.

Not a peep from yer man Venksta, or a new post in the thread besides folk asking what's going on. I highly doubt me & Bobby are about to get a Christmas Miracle, especially as there's been nothing but spam in my spam folder since his last update.
I don't blame him for sorting customers that had bought more but I do resent being placed last and not being kept informed of progress.

Just... ridiculous. Is the Yen in trouble right now? Is that why these things are getting so pricey? But for something that so slavishly wants to emulate a 35 year old cartoon that never even looked good in the first place (yes, fight me) to be so overpriced is utterly bonkers.

I'll wait for a toy-accurate deco that has fewer accessories to leave in the box.

I did wonder if Swoop might have an alt sprue weapon, seeing as that's a 'No' I dunno if I'll bite as I like the colour break up of Blue Swoop but I could be tempted to Ricochet (and Kick-Off, and Crasher)!

And, after just over one week of collecting the studio series, bar DoTM ratchet, I am complete up to Wave 3. Oh and I haven't got that no. 15 BB multipack.

3 more baby guinea pigs at the farm today! :)

Optimus V3 price = It's not an issue for me as with the possible exception of a Beast Wars series 1 Rattrap I'm out of MP collecting but I think Takara could have done a "basic" version without the trailer and the episode specific extras and given collectors a cheaper option.

Finished my ss ratchet repaint. Well chuffed with this guy. Gonna pop up a radicon thread with more pics of it. So much details in the sculpt just drowned out in a sea of green.

the price for OP v3 is ridiculous... but just wait until the post-brexit £ crash to hike it even more :/

Similar to others, I've partially got out of the MP game (had that IF Megatron KO- hes a beut). Just G2 swipe and some other recolors (bee, artfire, loudpedal, exhaust... and couldn't resist MP10sg from Kapow). Have grimlock hanging out with MMC chaps (was never big enough as MP for me).

The new magic square (?) prime looks pretty similar to V3 and under £100. Could be good alternative.

Ebay code worked aok for me. Was a bit of a footer from the app... had to find and select drop down for code entry after signing into paypal.

Ricochet is a sexy beast. The Jazz mould looked great, I just couldn't justify getting one when I already have RTS Jazz. I think I'll pick him up.

Swoop on the other hand... I quite like it but I don't feel the need to double dip. Regular Swoop is enough for me.

Cygnus makes a fine Valkyrie! I quite like the nose mistransformed to make it a Lil stubby instead of the weasel face they give him

I've decided I'm going to go full Iron Factory. Which means I'll be selling the last of the legitimate legends I have left. I already thinned them out this month to only keep my top guys anyway, so i really rate these guys. Dinobot Slash, Combat Hero Pipes and the most slept on figures of all time, cyber verse dreadwing and skyquake. I'm looking for £30 for the lot Inc postage.

Terrorsaur could do with an update, ie make one with fold up wings, like Sliverbolt doesn't have. I mean, I absolutely love BW Sliverbolt, but his non screen accurate wings erks me.

    Exact same thinking as me;)

Thanks so much Avon. It was really good, probably my best leaving party ever. We had an office lunch party. I gave a little impromptu good bye speech and people got surprisingly emotional. Lots of tears, hugs and beautiful words. Also nice pressies! And then leaving drinks that got pretty messy. I almost wanted to stay, but I'm looking forward to being able to do some work on myself
