If you bought something for 249.99, the PSAVE25 is still going to save you more than the PLAYDAY...right?

The PLAYDAY is based on the categories:

Today Only! 10% Off All Toys.

"Eligible items include items purchased from the following categories: Toys & Hobbies and Dolls & Bears."

 

but only 10% off, I won't spend 250 on 10% off.

 

It's not enough of a sale for me to spend money I don't have though.


Definitely for the best though, at least for me, as I really shouldn't buy anything for the next couple of weeks anyway.

If you bought an eligible toy item for $250, then you'd save $25 using either PSAVE25 or PLAYDAY. However, at the moment it looks like PSAVE25 is very restricted on what it applies to, but PLAYDAY applies to everything in the toys category.

I'm personally going to hold off on this one. 10% off isn't a great deal as far as eBay sales go. 15% is pretty common, and occasionally you'll see general-eligibility 20% sales.

Don't worry guys, there will definitely be a 15% off later this month. It's XMas and all.

 

PSAVE25 still not working, don't know why. Some people are speculating that it only works for sellers who do NOT take PayPal - about as useful as a third nipple.

FYI, PLAYDAY does stack with baba's discounts for multiple items

 

I wanted to get MP-29+ and a vacuum cleaner but unfortunately it is for toys only so I'll just wait for a 15% hopefully

MY Maths is failing me all I can figure out is that the current UK 15% offer is capped at £50 so that is 300 and er "something" ( 300 would for be a £45 discount so £333.00 ish as best as my ill used Maths can judge is something like £49.95.

It's barely worth bothering with - maybe I'll buy something banal like the new weathered Rendsora and some candy coloured MFT 'seekers'. or look for something that is already cheap.

Shame the 25% is seemingly worthless to usa buyers (I'd like to know why) does it have a page that tell you what it's for - or are we just supposed to guess ?

Finally broke down and got KFC Dumpyard, $71. I've had their Wreck-Gar for a long time but never pulled the trigger on the other one, but he kept calling to me...

 

Finally picked the TFM Dragstrip to complete the set, along with the IF Coneheads. Another impulse buy courtesy of flash sales.

Combine that with eBay Bucks at 8%, plus Baba's discount, etc, you are looking at very good savings.
