Just thought I should say sideburns, after all our discussions about not buying transformers with difficult Transformations - I may of fallen of the wagon slightly...

    What haven't I?
Name the 3 worst FT figures for transformations, and we have a good starting point!

I keep forgetting to mention this week's Sign O' the End Times. Clearly Reality itself is breaking down if Robert De Niro is noshing at Ricci's in Halifax.
Oi! DeNiro! This is my patch!

My attempts to convince Mrs Toadimus that we should do Wacken Winter Nights for my 40th have failed. I'm going to campaign for Trypticon/Predaking instead...

Well that's certainly 3 of them! Add on Rouge, Apache, Lupus and Dracula and we could be pretty much there!
    It certainly wasn't to plan!

It was Kapow. It rather caught me out too. I was expecting a small box with the Race Car Patrol in. That’ll teach me to read my emails properly!

Had my assessment today, low to moderate depression and anxiety is the diagnosis, on the waiting list for high intensity CBT, I reckon that if I can fully combat the anxiety, I should be able to avoid the depression.

Hound needs the soldering iron out tomorrow evening I think, once I’ve actually got him fully disassembled I can sort the rub points and prep for painting at the weekend hopefully

I had CBT earlier in the year, it really helped me. Still not quite there yet, but making progress. Keeping fingers crossed it goes okay for you!

You are not alone in this. Mine is fully paid up but no shipping notice. Must be taking a while to get them out.

Chaps, my replacement studio Megatron arrived from amazon today. First one had already been opened and the knee pads were lose in box. This one was badly double taped and rear panel loose in box, the knee pads on the second one don't match.

This is Amazon stock so something isn't right.

I've been doing some CBT stuff of late. It's quite useful, and can help quite a bit. It works best for the depression/anxiety side of things so hopefully it'll be good for you.

While I personally don't get on with the mindfullness stuff, it may worth having a look at that too. There's an app called Headspace that does a lot of guided meditation stuff that people find quite useful - it can be quite good for anxiety.

Good luck with it all. :)
