Transformers Rescue Bots Academy Optimus Prime Launcher Trailer - Entertainment Earth

Next year's Rescue Bots line has a "launching" trailer coming with an Optimus Prime, which seems to be a repack / redeco of one of the recent carded release.

 

I feel like Prime may be compensating for something...

 

I'm in agreement with Sol Fury on this thing.That's one of the most impractical-looking trailers I've ever seen,and I've long since come to accept Energon Prime's doorstop wedge of a trailer. It looks like he's hauling an entire dollhouse in vehicle mode.What's next,Optimus hauling an entire filing cabinet in truck form?

Looks like a Flip Racer retool, not Rescan.

 

What did they retool on the Optimus Prime figure? I can't see the difference other than that horrible trailer behind him.

 

I think the base figure is identical. They only added the trailer.

 

What exactly is this an academy, of?

 

Probably best for Optimus not to tow that thing when there are strong cross winds . 

It actually looks like it should be full of pigs and sheep .

Yep, looking at mine, it's just the tiny Flip Racer Optimus.... but it looks identical to all of the photos in the news posting, in terms of molding and colors.

Yeah, after posting, I compared both and they're indeed identical. That news is all kinds of wrong. lol

 

I don't care how dumb it is for practicality, this is so bought. My twins love Rescue bots.

I have the large Optimus from last year and they love it.
