As if she is naming him. Then you see Optimus call him Bumblebee in his message. Hope they sort that out and it isn't just bad trailer editing

 

In the Prime's message he called him BB7, not Bumblebee.

Edit: Wait, you're right, he does say Bumblebee. It was in a different trailer he was called BB7 by Prime. I guess in this scene, perhaps was a conversation before he said this line or it was added in just for the trailer.

That line was actually B 127 he calls him this as this is Bee's real name the bumblebee line that was used was only for the trailer like the line Yours must die from the last knight

Yeah man, my favorite part of ET was when he left his home planet to fight evil aliens of his own race. I also liked how the main plot of ET was not that he was not just a lost alien from outer space trying to get back home, but that he was purposely sent by a good alien commander to Earth and to protect it from an evil alien leader and his forces of other evil alien dudes.

But yeah, Bumblebee is just ET with a robot car.
