I think BBTS has $4 shipping, so still cheaper than most.

 

I think they've increased their shipping a bit. I don't think they offer $4 flat rate shipping anymore.

Finally transformed my Sunsurge back to bot-mode. He and MP Sideswipe have been in lambo-mode since early July...





I hadn't forgotten how convoluted Sunsurge's transformation process... but...




Anyhoo... after about a half hour of trial and error, and dregging up memories I thought long blocked out...



Personally, I think Sunsurge has a more pleasing visage than MP-39. But the pop-up headlights on MP-39's alt-mode is a pretty nice detail!!

Anyhoo... back to Sunsurge's bot-mode.

I think he looks perfect with MP Sideswipe, TR-01 Agent Meister, and MP Wheeljack!!








Swapping out Wheeljack for MMC Sphinx, Sunsurge continues to fit right in with the gang!




...and with an almost complete Ark Crew!!

I picked up another one and got him today. Such a nice version of an MP Sunstreaker. More durable than MP Sunstreaker (flippin' doors & mirrors!!!). Well made like my other one but he's missing a tiny screw that goes into his heel spur. Kind of a downer but the heel spur has enough friction to stay in place as long as I don't rotate it. That's the only issue I have on my new copy of this thing. Seems to transform more smoothly than my first one did for whatever reason.

 

Mind if we... Cut in?

 

It's too bad Badcube can't doesn't respond to after sales support requests from individual end customers.

 

I wonder if I can find a tiny screw like the one I'm missing at a hardware store? The bot is designed and built so well that the part stays in place just fine without it. Even though this has been out for years now, I still enjoy it.

 

You can give it a shot.

 

Take the same screw from the other side with you and I bet you find a match. Menard's has some surprisingly small hardware...
