My current WIP of a version 2 custom Beast Wars Dinobot. I've decided to do a version 2 because I am not satisfied of the 1st one I made a few months ago that I also posted here. I salvaged the head and dino feet/robot hands from the previous version.

It is made from scrap Thundertron parts, gunpla parts, air dry clay and Sintra (PVC board).

It's not perfect and still shows kibble while on beast mode that made hime look chunky but I'm still happy on how it came out and still trying to make him as close as the animated version as possible.


I will try to post updates on my progress.

UPDATE:
After over 6 months of working on it and I'm almost done. I've adapted the transformation of POTP Slash and tweaked it a little bit to fit some parts of its robot mode.

 

Cool man,I like this a lot.exactly did you make it from scratch or did you have a figure and sculpted over it?.this is amazing

 

The robot arms are from thundertron legs and the robot legs are from gunpla legs that I customized a little to add more articulation. The rest are from gunpla scraps and some are made from scratch.

The dino head is worlds better compared to v1. Bang up job!

 

That's uh... one big belly.
