Wow, how is Jetpower Prime beating Barry so much? I know Optimus in general is always more popular but I figure 3A fans would want something other than the 4th Prime.

I vote for the heavy hitters:
On the Autobot side, we need TF1 Ironhide, TF2 JETPOWER Prime, TF3 Sentinel Prime, and TF4 Ratchet.

For the Decepticons, TF1 Barricade/ Blackout, TF2 Longhaul, TF3 Shockwave (no contest), and AOE Lockdown.

 

I wouldn't consider Ratchet a heavy hitter. I would replace him with a dino mode Grimlock for sure in terms of big players, but I love Ratchet more.

Also I don't want any constructicons unless we get a full set. I'd rather have Devastator. Asking for a complete set of anything from 3A is just setting yourself up for disappointment.

Looks like the next release will be Jetpower Prime. Can you blame them though? Going to cost 3A a hell of a lot less in terms of R&D and manufacturing.

I ordered mine directly from bambaland and it has only recently been shipped. It's still in transit, so I'd expect retailers to receive their stock even later.

 

I'm not too sure... I mean I'm no manufacturing expert but Ironhide is much smaller than Jetpower Prime and Jetpower Prime is also vastly different than regular Optimus. So if the assumption was that they could just slap some Jetfire bits on their existing OP, that would drive costs up a lot because of the remolding/restructuring of areas plus the addition of these massive parts. That would also mean OP is gigantic, bigger than anything 3A has ever made. And you can bet it wouldn't sell as well as Ironhide at that point.

A Jetpower Prime would most likely have to be from the ground up at a smaller scale, and much more complex than Ironhide.

I'm just hoping these polls are just to see who comes first and they plan on doing both regardless. But I doubt it.

 

Put down the pre order for the deluxe version of TLK Optimus Prime! Very happy that I didn't have to just deal with the Nemesis head.

The regular head should have been standard and the nemesis head the bonus.

 

Both heads should have been included, and Merlin's staff the exclusive.
