Is it me or does Skydive feel a bit too large in build? Silverbolt feels fine but he\'s supposed to be big.

 

I’ve gotten the first two boys from Zeta but after receiving Quietus, being so blown away by his quality, and not liking the way Zeta’s feel....it looks like I’ll be getting rid of them and going FT here. I tried for a very long time not to be an FT fanboy.

 

Probably the angles shown. Width wise he is fine. Maybe it's his protruding chest?

Why do you have to judge figures based on how they scale with other figures? Can't you just appreciate getting this? Iron Factory's stuff is awesome, I bought their Combaticons and don't give a shit whether it scales with anything else or not.

 

I'm not, but nice job jumping to conclusions just so you can have something to post about. The only reason I even mentioned scale is because the only height indication we've been given was from dalianjj when he said it would scale perfectly with their Terminus. The reason I'm curious about the combiner height is because I just rearranged my display and I was wondering if the current shelf spacing will work or if it will need to be adjusted.

After seeing @Yeled 's post, anyone else notice that between the original reveal of maverick and the colored one, that from the knee down on the figure the legs are reversed? On the original the thrusters/engines are on the outside of the let and the wingtips point inwards, but on the colored one the thrusters are inside and the wingtips point outwards. I'm guessing they got rid of a pelvis and then knee rotation during the transformation process maybe? Also there are knee cap "flaps" now that weren't there originally.

 

Is this a suggestion that Goose needs to look like this? Because that is one fugly-assed drawing of an F-16. In such cases, “toon accuracy” moves from a preference to a mental illness. He’s supposed to turn into an F-16, not a half-assed monstrosity that looks vaguely F-16-ish from the desk of some underpaid, marginally-interested animator.

Although I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t the slightest bit intrigued by a G2 version. Imagine those blues and reds with splashes of white and disgusting gold?
