Buying them individualy throughout the year is doable.

I always wondered if having an one bot form Devastator's left hand and then another form the arm would cause lopsidedness, since his right arm is formed by a single bot. I suppose it might have been done for some symmetry, since Scrapmetal has that scoop thing that could form fingers similar to the scoop on Scrapper.

I would wonder if the boxset might have wound up being cheaper.

If RotF Long Haul is God Tier, SS Long Haul is God Tier Blue.

 

Both Hightower and Scrapmetal will be Deluxe, whereas Scrapper will be Voyager, so it will even out, Vehicle scale be damned.

 

Is there any confirmation that Hightower is a Deluxe? Mind you, I wouldn't mind if it brings down the price a tad.

 

With most parts matching with the picture, it almost looks like Devastator has just one Green Boot, while his body is red and his arms are yellow.

 

The reveals seem to be somewhat scarce. Do we know if all the Constructicons will be released in 2019, or do we need to wait until at least 2020 to get all of them?

 

Scrapmetal is confirmed to be Deluxe


Mind you, Just by looking at the size of the cabin, you can already tell it will not be in scale with Rampage, (deluxe Cabin is smaller for Scrapmetal, who is a Deluxe, than for Rampage, who is a Voyager)


Mind you, Scrapper, the right arm, seems to be a smaller vehicle than Scrapmetal and Hightower, yet it will probably be bigger to be a full right arm. I guess scale, at least for vehicle mode, must be scarified, but I guess that's the price to pay to have them actually combine into Devastator.

We’ve only seen a grey prototype and a CGI render and you’re ALREADY complaining?

 

If there was one thing I really appreciated about the ROTF Constructicons as a combiner team, it was the fact that not all of the members had humanoid robot forms. I wished more combiner teams had this trait.

I think there was some thread topics crossing over like Siege and Botbots.

 

That tends to happen when mass reveals occur at conventions and figures from multiple lines are showcased. I suppose Devastator and the Constructicons warranted their own thread because discussion on them quickly eclipsed that on the other figure reveals.
