Anyone know if there is an OS version of this available?
Haven't seen anything about it, but I haven't been keeping up with the boards like I used to.

Nope! People have been hoping for it but it was never announced. Currently the only Warbotron/GT upscaled options are their Bruticus and Devastator.

So I recently bought a pre-owned WB03 (he’s awesome) but have all these parts left over. What are they and do they go anywhere in combined mode? Who do the knives go to?

The knives are for Hammer Sharpener (Nosecone) and slot into his leg armor. That hammer head also goes to him and lives inside the drill, then makes a hammer in robot mode.

The two long guns I believe go to Turbo Ejector (Afterburner). The stand and little gray pieces are meant to go with Laser Cannon (Scattershot). The stand can form swords and I think a shield but I don't use it on mine. Not sure about the pieces in the bag.

Disappointingly not all pieces from this work with all three modes. I like the one I have but I prefer Quantron due to the reason that it has places for all its parts, among other reasons.

Pieces in the bag are for Turbo Ejector (Afterburner), to put a ratchet in the connector joint piece when combine into Computron.

The only parts that doesn't work in all modes are the swords (with gray connector pieces) but you can just take them as extra parts and may be the shield that is useless for Laser Cannon (Scattershot) in alt modes, except that you use it as land shield (you can put it in vertical position with the help of the swords), you know, like with Perceptor in Sniper mode behind the shield or something like that.

The company close time ago, perhaps become Generation Toy (urban legend says), or at least some part of designers team split into other companies (like Generation Toy).

But hey, they are pretty much generation toy. I think either their designers went there or they rebranded.

I always heard that they changed their name to GenerationToy and released Menasor under the company name Transformmissions.

Warbotron = Generation Toy = Transformission

Warbo Computron is great. I keep them all in individual bot mode. They are very cool, a little bit short for MP scale, and some of their arms are limited, but the style is the same as the Bruticus, Devastator, and Menasor figs. Very cool.

They are all the same, It seems generation toy is the only one still shipping stuff with their last one being Gorilla a bit ago and nothing else announced. I love their style and I hope they don't die either.

Where have you been hiding? The last figure they released (not counting reissues or recolors) was their Blades. They've still got the other three members of their Defensor to go, plus they have a T-Beast Sideswipe announced.

They had a T-Beast Hot Rod announced, too, but at this point I wonder if they're going to go through with it since DX9 beat them to the punch.

Agreed. I still love my set too and I don't feel the need for an upgrade.
