    You should start watermarking your photos with "TF SOURCE SUCKS" and see if they notice.

    Just got the notice from TCP that this dropped into my Roller Stash. They just got the notice from me to SHIP DAT SHEET! :D  :D  :D 

    Why not start "water marking" your shots so they have to see your art "marked" if they dare to use it again. Also, bring it up one more time about being credited and if they don't, to remind the that puts them in an actionable position. They'll either start crediting you or not use your work pieces again

    Thanks guys for the inputs. The thing is - I watermarked my pictures before. AND those using my pics have taken to themselves to REMOVE my watermarks.
    I have a few instances in FB where some toy shops in Asia and individuals in FB took my pics and claimed it as their own.

    Honestly it is a losing battle. I have even one guy who owns a FB page where he uses my pics to print T-shirts. When I confronted him, he just laughed it off.

    I appreciate the concern and inputs given. But it has come to the point I just let it go. As long as you guys here enjoy my pics, it is all that matters :)

    Yeah this happens a lot unfortunately and there's very little anyone can do about it. I have an illustrator friend who's artwork regularly gets lifted and plastered on everything from t-shirts to notebooks. It this case this is her livelihood, she makes a living of selling prints, postcards and so on, these online 'firms' do not care one jot about intellectual property and even if you do get one to stop two more pop up in their place. I guess what is ironic is that I'm saying this in a thread about a 3rd party figure lol.

    The good news is we all I really appreciate your work @TCracker
