    Opinions!!!

Shockwave: tough to grade due to the swings in quality: Base robot mode looks like it pretty much nails a modern Shockwave, only negative is he'll likely be a bit small. A Battleship mode... actually isn't bad... reminds me of a Zentraidi cruiser or something from one of those 80s animes... B Armored up bot mode. C'mon, Hasbro, your joking with this, right? The legs just sticking over the shoulders make Rodimus Primes thigh collarbones look like a brilliant design decision. D- Overall Grade: B-

    Megatron:
Nice if unremarkable... aside from the them of the line, seems a tad odd we are getting another voyager tank Megatron so closely to the TItan's Return version, especially with how similar their bot modes look. But he's got a better fusion cannon (still too small) and a sword, and a solid-if-unremarkable tank mode. B-

Starscream: well, we finally get the voyager-sized seeker bot mode we've been waiting for, but he's all greebiled to rediculousness and the Tetrajet mode is a pretty sad state of affairs... The legs hanging off the bottom are just turrrrrible. D+

Soundwave: another tough one to rate for me. Bot mode is pretty good overall. Headsculpt is pretty off. another bad case of the greebles. Deco looks pretty great. Sculpted left hand is a thing of beauty. He can hold and launch tapes!!! Spaceshipy... thing alt mode is... um.... what? C+

Flywheels: kinda looks out of place in the line, (because he has more realistic alt modes and isn't all greebily) but looks great. Shame Battletrap had to have the 2 bot modes instead of the true Duocon vibe so they match. B+

    Reflector:
Wow. He's a deluxe. AND he makes a camera if you get 3??? Individual alt mode's not much to write home about. B -
(deducting points because it'll cost $60 to get a complete set... if you can find them. Hasbro better not screw up the case ratio on him!)

Brunt: Looks cool! i love that they are giving us the titan's minions in this line :D  B

    Airstrike Patrol:
look great. Love the "Darksaber" mode. only knock if got is Storm Clouds weird pyramid hands. A-

    Ravage and Laserbeak:
Well, they're better then the last 2 mainline atrocities (TR tablets and FoC Data discs)... but not doing a ton for me, i'm not crazy about the Cybertronian bot mode on Laserbeak, but for what they are, they are decent and the fact that they ACTUALLY made cassettes for Soundwave in a mainline is pretty amazing. C (I'm sure it's been pointed out many times today, i can't help but notice these might be drawing from the scene in the new Bumblebee trailer)

    Targetmasters:
Yay! Targetmasters!!! B+ (deducting points for what you get for $6 :p )

Very nice. The red head and red accents really stand out on this mold in a good way and make the color scheme rich and vibrant.(Psst! Hasbro! If you make an Armada Wheeljack redeco from this mold,I will be very happy.)

Some sites already skipped stocking the Takara release of PotP Primal (even though ordering it might have ended up the smart move, since it came out before the US release). I'm betting that a lot of sites are stuck with overpriced Takara PotP Jazz figures and don't want to repeat that.

Studied it some more and I see that Soundwave has double jointed elbows, swivels in the right places, I believe the legs will fold in facing his sides.

Regarding Megatron: "So that's where Menasor's shoulder vents went. Go figure."
All things considered, this all looks gorgeous. I do hope that Reflector is not shipped oddly, for he/they is/are a trio.

Red Alert looks good. Man, I'm so excited for the inevitable Wheeljack from this line! Hopefully we won't have to wait long and I hope he gets his own mold. The Sideswipe mold works for Red Alert but it would look awful for Wheeljack.

I hope Flywheels is packaged in his alt modes.

I was hoping to see some Autobot Targetmasters, I guess that won't happen for another couple years if ever :(

99.9% sure he can! Posted this in another thread earlier when they showed him in ‘lamppost mode’, but just pop off these blasters (you only have them in alt. mode anyway), swing up the legs & voila, instant tape deck mode!

Here’s a thought... Who wants to bet the weapon pieces of Brunt will fit into these holes in Trypticon’s base mode?! These two holes I circled never had any use on Trypticon originally, imagine if this is what they’re for...

    Oh... my... god...

This fucking line looks amazing, and I am shocked (in a good way) with some of these reveals.

Megatron looks really good, and I'm disappointed he's not a gun (I know some of you were telling me they will never make him into a gun again), but overall I really like the way he looks. I might get him. Like I've said before, I'm picky about the character's alt-modes, so that's why I'm not getting everything even though I think all the figures look great.

    Then we have Flywheels...

This figure is pretty much perfect. I'll admit I would've preferred more modern alt-modes, but other than that, him and Battletrap got the justice they deserved. I am picking this up on site. He is my favorite of the Duocons, and they nailed it.

Starscream - again, probably won't get him, but I think this is possibly the best-looking CHUG Starscream figure we've gotten in years. I didn't get the T30 and CW versions mainly because of their size, and then I didn't get the POTP because I think it could've looked a lot better.

Soundwave looks pretty good too. I don't care for the alt-mode too much, but other than that I think it's a good figure. It is too bad that the TR figure was a leader, as I agree with a lot of people that he should be a Voyager, as well as Blaster. Laserbeak and Ravage look really good as well.

Brunt - That is another of the Citybot drones checked off, and he looks fantastic. I still need to get Trypticon ASAP, and Brunt is yet another reason to get him.

Reflector - they not only gave us a figure with the camera mode, but they did the 3 individual robots too. I'm not a huge fan of Reflector, but when a character is done properly enough, I buy it.

Shockwave - I don't care for the extra parts, but other than that...

We finally get a freakin' good CHUG Shockwave. I agree this figure could be a potential leftover from POTP, but either way it's okay. And I am glad they pulled a Sixshot with him and just flipped the gun mode upside down and called it a ship of some sort. Because when he's in alt-mode, guess how I'm gonna display him. ;)

Targetmasters - I still believe the Takara versions look better, not just color-wise but I like the molds better too, but overall I definitely like them and will buy them ASAP.

Air Strike Patrol - just like the other Micromasters, they look so damn good it's not even funny. So far I'm buying all the Micromasters. I can't wait to see the Off-Road Patrol.

And then of course there's Omega Supreme - I was hoping he would be the next Titan class figure, as I always thought he was pretty cool looking. I know they are not perfect, but I think every Titan class figure since T30 looks fantastic.

I literally can't wait to see what other figures come through this toyline.

I can only imagine how cool it had to have been there in person for the reveals and then to see them in person! Wow, just so much wow!

Too much unnecessary detail and the battle damage is not doing anything for me. Shockwave HAD to be a Leader class. I wonder what TAKARA has in store.

I\'ve said this before since the overall height of UM was discussed and SIEGE\'s \"Scale Issue\", that I\'ll be choosy getting some figures from this line.
But seeing the Decepticons... Man, it\'s hard to decide..

So here\'s my initial buy list:
    - Shockwave
    - Reflector (3 of them)
    - Sideswipe
    - Hound
    - Ultra Magnus (hahaha my gosh, the line\'s \"Point of Contention\". Darn scale)
    - Soundwave with Ravage and Laserbeak
    - Megatron
    - Prime (although I hate the head lights on top)
    - Starscream (and it\'ll be much expensive once the repaints are officially anounced)

I have yet to see Ironhide/Ratchet & Prowl.

One other thing I haven’t seen reported here, but confirmed at the panel (helpfully recorded by Seibertron) by John Warden is that Omega Supreme WILL come with, as some have speculated, the Micromaster Countdown as well! Here are a few screen grabs from it...

Haven’t bought a mainline TF since 2012; it was Generations Springer. I’ll definitely be picking up some of these. They look fantastic!

God, I love this new line! The only figures I probably won\'t get are Brunt and Starscream. However, when they release the Skywarp and Slipstream repaints of the Starsream mold I will be all over them. And you know they will release repaints, they always do. I\'m just hoping they do a slipstream one and maybe a remold for the coneheads. Everyone better stay out of my way at the stores when Flywheels hits the shelves \'cause I will be buying as many as I can. He is one of my top 10 must have Nostalgic Transformers.

I really hope they dial back the damage (not just the gray paint). Soundwave looks like a crumpled up piece of paper. And the ridiculous amount of cracks in his chest glass are not helping matters either.
