Killed a spider hanging outside my bedroom door. The little demon dropped to the floor and ran over my foot before I nailed it with the spray. I freaked out like a cat on acid. Now my skin feels all twitchy.
A few days ago, I was playing video games when a spider was hanging just inches in front of my face. I went all Hulk thunderclap on it and then I washed my hands for like 5 minutes..
Relaxing in my hotel room. In 30min, gonna go meet my friend when she leaves class, then we go to dinner. It's my last full day and night in Armenia...Hayastan. Tomorrow night, I begin my return trip to the United States, but it is very, very bittersweet. I have lived in the US all of my life, and I am lucky to have been born and raised there. But I know now that Armenia is my true home...
I myself have gotten tired of America and have contemplated living in Armenia for some time now. I'd love it even more if one of its neighbors became more tolerant of hayer, and I could live in my ancestors' towns, but hey.
My dad went to see his doctor today and was given an Injection to help with his arthritis pain. There are few things he has to do by next week. The first is to make sure he doesn't sleep tonight until 10 PM so my dad and I are chatting and playing blackjack. Tomorrow I'm doing his errands while he rests at home. Hopefully the Injection will help him.
Drinking .1% blood milk after dipping an oreo into the glass without realising I had an open cut on my thumb. Hey, wouldn't want to waste that iron, right?
That is so gross. Who dips oreos into milk?! :3 Well anyway, it's time to start selling some junk to make some sweet money. And buy more junk
I’m currently in bed at 1:04am in the morning and I should be sleeping. I’m also trying to figure out how to buy between future studio series and wfc: siege.
Ugh, my original response didn't post, so I'll rewrite the rest when I'm back in the US. But YES, those "neighbors" need an attitude adjustment badly. Glad to see there has been somewhat of a shift in favor of Armenia, stateside.
Laying in bed, listening to music, and brainstorming ideas while fiddling with Transformers. I’ve ignored my writing for a while due to life, but I want to get back to it, to add too it. Theres so much I have still yet to do. Musics good, but I still need to find something that will give me a burst of inspiration.
Did the milk change colors to resemble strawberry milk? And you are suppose to drink the blood of your enemies, not your own.
Helping a neighbor bury his dog after discovering the dog was killed by a guy driving a truck. 4 year old American bulldog named Logan. He was playful with everyone in the neighborhood. He will be missed. :'(
Resting after working seven hours. I'm going back to work in an hour to work another four. #arthandlerlife
OK, best advice on this that I can give is that, IMO and the opinion of some Armenians I met in Hayastan, it is best to make as much money in the US as you can, and then later invest in a home/apartment over there. The cost of living can be cheap, but getting a job and earning a living there can be troublesome. If you are making only $15/hour here, you can save enough to go there, live good for a couple weeks to a month, and still have money left over, but doing the same job there...ugh....my friend makes about $10/day. She can afford her studio, but only if she cuts costs in groceries and cloths. And I would prefer if she lived in another neighborhood. It's not that it was dangerous, but I want to see her somewhere else with more people and street lighting. On the other hand, I did meet a guy who left California to move there and start a business selling Boba and smoothies from a truck, and he said his business is really taking off. Like in US, product demand and location can determine success or failure pretty quick, and the fact his business was mobile was even better. So it really depends on what kind of work you can do and want to do, and if you can afford the pay cut. Also, I don't know how much you drive or like driving, but my thought was that having your own car would be better for long trips rather than in-city travel. If you do decide to go, then all the best! Maybe there is a charity through something in ANCA that can set you up with a place to stay or work over there.
