I wish i could get them, Im new to TF collecting (not even a year) so the only g1 guy I have is Warpath but sadly the Eastgreenbush Walmart is AWFUL at stocking Transformers, Target is a little better.
Soundwave and Doombox at Victor Target. Just have to have the DCPI and ask for it. Bumblbee and new Tapes set will be out by Friday with the Reset
Yeah I checked the tags around and there is nothing yet for the Cassette pack and No trace of the reissues or tiny turbo changers, Has anyone seen tiny turbo changers?
COME ON, MINIBOTS!! ('Bee is the only G1 reissue (so far) that I need - gotta have the 'toon-accurate head! Still have my 80s originals of the rest )
Because it's is a $30 figure, but it's got a whole row of figures in the picture, above a $10 price tag. If you go up, ring out and it rings at the right price, you can complain that it is on a shelf tag for $10, and they have to honor that shelf tag. Regular customers are not expected to understand anything on the shelf tag beyond the price. It's different if there is just one sitting there and then down the isle there is a whole row of the same item. But in this Pic, is obvious the stockers put the item in the wrong spot.
Hey guys, can people report if you see the legion class Hot Rod that people have started to find. It won't be at Walmart because they are retiring the TLK stuff so it will probably be in ollies.
G1 Hotrod and Starscream st Brockport Walmart. Shelf space for Devastator, but its empty. Nothing for the little G1 guys. Edit: Also had 2 or 3 Novastar, Rippersnapper, some new Bumblebee movie figures, and legends class figures.
My lunchtime finds in Medford... Target: Studio Series Jazz x2 and Lockdown x2 PotP Wave 3 Primemasters, Wave 3 Terrorcons, and at least one Novastar... for those still looking PotP Leader Rodimus Prime x2... my first time seeing him in the wild and I really wanted to get one, but just not at the $44.99 price point. Saw some of those, whatever, igniters, at least a Barricade, and a bunch of VW Bee of varying sizes. Walgreens (behind the Dairy Queen): Cyber Battalion Shockwave x2, and a Sideswipe... for those still looking.
The Latham Walmart has a bunch of the stars team reissues. I have a feeling that he might be an after Christmas clearance buy for me. Seems they have a lot of him.
Checked out the Walmart on Dewey Ave in Greece, Hudson Ave in Irondequoit, and in Macedon yesterday. Dewey Ave and Macedon have G1 Starscream, and a place for Hot Rod and Devastator. Hudson Ave has a place for G1 Starscream, Hot Rod, and Devastator. Dewey Ave had 2 Novastars.
after running all over long island, i finally grabbed one of THREE G1 Starscream reissues. saw them with my own eyes. East Setauket walmart.
I don't think so. I'm just basing it on the fact that the Titans Return version didn't exactly sell out. This version is essentially the same with a few cosmetic changes as far as I know. So doubt many folks have a burning desire to get it.
Hey guys I'll be in New York in February. It's been over 10 years since I was there. Just curious where's the best places for Transformers and toys in general now that TRU is currently dead? Thanks.
Assuming you mean NYC, there really aren't many great choices. The only big box retailer is Target. Walgreens here generally have small toy sections. There are Duane Reade stores, which are basically mini Walgreens. They have even smaller toy sections. If just browsing, you may want to check out midtown comics or forbidden planet. I wouldn't buy there though unless you don't care about to overpay.
