    Painted the white parts grey, renamed him Space Paddles and gave him the dinobots.

    I can when I'm off work. The grey isn't overly visible when in combined mode anyway and if you want to see skylynx with the dinobots there are plenty of pics on this board even. I got idea from here to begin with.

    Edit: maybe not so easy to find the pics. I'll edit my post later with pictures

    I had a story idea to justify my combo. Here, it's been some time since the end of the Autobot-Decepticon conflict, and the Autobots/Maximals have decided to take on a greater role in galactic affairs--sort of like the Green Lantern Corps, if you will, in the form of the Autobot Universal Guard. Sky Lynx acts as squad leader to a quartet of rookies, made up of Alpha Bravo, Medix, Skyfeather (repurposed SG CW Starscream), and Heatrock (repurposed Nosecone from the CW Technobot set). Rook was a graduate of Sky Lynx's program who went on to the Protectobots when they underwent their big upgrade.

    Seriously though, anything white, blue, or red is gonna look good. Maybe yellow for contrast.

    Needs to be a bit of a darker grey to match better, but you get the gist.

    I also used Rook and Alpha Bravo, and finished out my Sky Reign with TFCC Impactor and Bluestreak.

    to be honest i wish predaking had been a normal combiner that way they could of given us repaints (or kos) in voltron colours to go on skylynx

    That's a nice idea, Hopefully as and when Hasbro return to combiner limbs, we could get a bunch of autobot colourscheme mythical beasts, perhaps a repaint of Sinnertwin in red? we've never seen a transformer that turns into a manticore , or unicorn (other than battle unicorn I guess...), apparently unicorn./pony toys are big business in the current market...

    looks good, why not paint him silver rather than grey? LMAO at Space Paddles though.

    Ideas like this are what I'm looking for. Medix is a nice shout, but that would require getting hold of a UW set to aquire Ratchet, I'm never going to be able to get hold of a customisation class figure.

    That looks nice. In the "strongly considering moving Sky Lynx and G2 Superion out of the sell pile" sense. Hmm....
