    IMO, an upgrade kit it's just too expensive. And most of the times, it's not practical, as to make a whole new figure.

    Lmao, sorry didn’t mean to summon the devil. I forgot how much issue this causes people around these parts. Movie scale is extremely inconsistent (visually) within the movies themsleves so people will have their own ideal of what looks correct to them.

    Nah. it's ok. Actually I'm the one who brought up the questions.
    I just made fun of the scale issue.

    But it's curious to see how it scales to previous movie toys and MPM line.
    We all agree that MPM-4's altmode is undersize compared to MPM-3's.
    But in bot mode, both are looking in scale.

    In this OS KO, a "scale reasoning" of "Optimus is always bigger than BB" is a safe bet as long it's justified.
    Personally I'm ok if Bot mode MPM-3 is thigh-level of OS MPM-4.

    There's this basis of bot mode MPM-3 should be leveled in MPM-4's crotch area as the ultimate basis of scale.
    Yeah, they capture that on the official product but look what happened to alt modes.
    MPM-4's truck went undersized vs MPM-3's camaro mode.

    It's slightly larger than commander. M01commander is 29 cm while this is 30cm. Sold.

    IMHO, depends on which scale you want to go with for movie masterpiece. For my case, I would want to match it well with UT-Peru kill, UT-Challenger, official mpm Bumble Bee and Barricade, best in both bot and alt mode.

    Focusing on the odd choice to make the shoulder-circle-things blue instead of red is about the only thing keeping me sane while I wait for Blackapple's version without splurging on this one.

    Yep i really dig it! The upgrade kit for mpm4, to be have that back as black mamba and shoulders is really okay for me :D
