Cassy recently put up some renders of what I think is a super cool concept: G1/CHUG takes on the Dreads from Dark of the Moon. Like a bunch of the stuff he's been posting over the past few weeks this is all strictly conceptual and currently doesn't have any 3P attached to produce it, but speaking for myself I'd buy the hell out of them.

The Decepticon-emblem head decoration is a particularly cool idea that makes me wonder how these would look flanking MMC's Kultur. Like, these are the guys who the DJD outsource to for jobs that they don't have the time for/interest in.

This is an awesome concept. I think the alt-modes fit in more with the High Moon universe, War for- and Fall of Cybertron games. In the 3rd party world that's Planet X territory.

I like them. Definitely seems like standard CHUG deluxe size would make the most sense if someone picked it up.

 

I'd buy them. I think they're more my speed compared to the Unrustables. They look great and can fit into a lot of collections.

 

Absolutely love the concept. I would just lose the Decepticon helmet tops to make them less Tarn-y and change the colors from insecticon to black and gray with bronze or copper accents. In general though, I really dig it. Gear Tooth is so awesome!

 

If they make them with MP standards and with an "IDW look" I might consider it...

Would like more helmet variations though, but yeah, make them MP-sized and I'm in!

 

Since I am a huge fan of what Sark did with MMC's stuff, I'd love to see more of his designs made. That said, when not using a face plate, his designs tend to suffer in the headsculpt department so I'd like to see that portion of all of his designs redone.

 

Just not for me, at this point in my collecting. But I hope they get made for the people that do want them.

 

Really cool concept. Alt modes look a bit too goofy though. They don't look as badass as the concept warrants.

 

These are really cool, but without any real link to transformers, I could never drop the 200-500 bucks that I'm sure these will cost. If they were given to me as a gift, though, I would be super psyched for them.
