Myself and @Rotorstorm actually created a one off G2 Mirage for a mutual friend for TF Nation this year as a gift. Based on the original prototype artwork, we did take some artistic license for the decals, because the gator design used on the prototype artwork was horrendous, and we thought this would look a little more inkeeping with the range. Custom packaging and all - I even created a cut out foam insert to securely hold him. Also created were custom spoiler feet as ours only came with one!

 

You just made me realise mine still have the batteries. ._.

Seeing this thread makes me want to get some G2 figures. Are they still reasonably priced, unlike some G1 figures?

 

I know it's not G2 Prime but it's the same mold resculpted, and much improved for it I say, and he's facing off against Rage and the Stormtroopers.

The problem with having a large collection is that many figures end up ignored or unappreciated.

The last few days I've really been enjoying the G2 Stormtroopers. Considering the team was a grail of mine even before I got back into collecting as an adult, I've really ignored them.

But they really are a nice little set.
