I’m honestly hoping that for one, the warriors are nice like shockwave at least. But also that ultimate Optimus if it’s anything also like ultra shockwave which has tilted ankles.

 

Why can\'t they just make every figure mostly from the ground up to be unique instead of reusing so many parts? I get it\'s cheaper but it would look a lot better and probably sell more if they were more like what they are suppose to look like.

 

Fingers crossed Soundwave has an unobtrusive gimmick like Shockwave vs obtrusive like Starscream.

 

Looking forward to seeing pics of Warrior Soundwave...I also hope we get a Warrior Slipstream, as much as I dislike the Warrior Starscream mold.

 

There are people who get paid a ton of money to crunch the numbers and figure out the right balance of repaint/retool to new molds.

Having seen reviews of Shadow Striker, would not be shocked if this ends up being repainted as her.

 

Seeing these listings just makes me sad that they'll be crappy, gimmicky figures...

 

Yeah, that's unfortunate :C Hope it can somehow be more sustainable to make newer ones in the future.

 

I have a theory that Soundwave's gimmick will be almost exactly Shockwave's. I feel like it will probably be a molded plastic "sonic boom" type effect coming from Soundwave's shoulder cannon.

 

Maybe she'll be a retool of Warrior Windblade? She seems far superior to the Starscream mold. New head, new wings, faux cockpit chest and some null rays is all she'd really need.

 

What good is it if its deluxe scale? For that ill just stick with the FOC voyager soundwave. Scale trumps aesthetic for me. Sure this one will look more G1. But too damn small. As for Shockwave, I went with the cyber-battalion version and got the knee joints coming in the mail. I saw that bright purple deluxe spider thing last week in Target and totally passed. This whole new cyberverse line blows. At least RID gave us some new characters that fit in with CHUG. Or at least for me they worked.

 

I'd recommend waiting to see what Siege does. Chances are, you'll get a perfect looking G1 Sunbow robot mode and an Earth alt mode really trying hard to look Cybertronian but not quite making it...

 

Looking forward to seeing how Prowl, Hot Rod, and Soundwave turn out.

 

Greenjackets is because she's got the green trim on her arms and wings and legs. Like she's wearing a green jacket.

Wood ducks I'm guessing is a John Wayne reference. As in wooden carved ducks you'd find at silver dollar city and other western themed craft places.

Also are other references to both from other media.

Don’t get your hopes up. Probably will be a starscream Redeco.

 

That's the plan, though it doesn't seem like we're getting one soon...
At least, not sooner than Cyberverse Soundwave.

Soundwave-
Flip up cannons with Blasts. He'll probably be the best figure In this wave.

Hot Rod
This figure won't have knees. I can guarantee it. Fire Blasting gimmick. Will also be the worst figure of cyberverse.

Prowl
This will pretty bad, but not as bad as Hot Rod.
The car wings do something.



Give us Ratchet! And whys the RID15 Warrior so expensive?

 

His gimmick had better be flip out medical tools ala Animated deluxe.

 

I think it\'s best that we BLAME the toy designer for giving us USELESS toy gimmicks on warrior class figures. And i\'m not buying those figures until we ge proper ones WITHOUT the gimmicks. Until then, we still BLAME the toy designer for giving us USELESS toy gimmicks on warrior class figures. I rest my case.
