I’ve foolishly checked for a month and just realized this very truth yesterday.

 

I ordered Devastator and Starscream, got both of them within 3 days. Not sure how I got mine before those that were able to pre-order other than Wally-World really does not care about its customers. I'm not complaining for myself of course but it doesn't seem right. I would think Hasbro would want to know about the mishandling of this.

I will tell you this, though...if the packaging is jacked because of the shipping box, I'm going to raise holy hell with both Walmart AND Hasbro customer service...not paying this kind of money only for the packaging (the whole reason I'm getting the damn things) to be damaged...

SS was back in stock this morning for around 16 minutes but from what I could see the website did not show him in stock and available for new order processing. Could it be that after all of the complaints about Walmart allowing new orders at the expense of not processing pending orders may have made them change their jacked up operations process? Here is to hoping. Good luck fellow collectors.

 

SS went up again so I placed another order to have shipped to my local Walmart this time to see if anything changes. That’s 4 orders now. Worse case, I can always return the extras. I’m sure some of the boxes will be destroyed anyway.

Damn I pre-order one of new NVIDIA RTX video cards. I hope NVIDIA treats their pre-orders a hell of a lot better than Walmart does!

Seriously, though, the AG won't even investigate companies stealing tens or hundreds of millions of dollars from the government. I can't imagine how far down the list fake preorders and willfully damaged shipments must be.

 

Good idea. Hasbro needs to hear how great Walmart.com is handling their exclusives. It's not like WM.com cares they have a terrible track record and god awful customer rating. But this also makes Hasbro look bad because their partnered with WM and I just knew WM would screw the pooch on the launch of these reissue toys.
