Looking at my MISB Jetfire bought from B&M there are 9 ties. The H ones on the arm, leg, wing (x2) and gun which go through the plastic packaging base, a grey one around the waist which goes through the card back and a small clear one around the neck and back of the head.

Now my fellow curry-con goers will have to forgive me but I can’t remember who was after G1 Countdown. I was in Leicester’s Vintage Toy Shop today and they still had theirs. It’s steep at £120 but is apparently in very good condition and still has its box.

 

Funny enough dude, I had him out as I was planning on sticking it on eBay this weekend, but I'm happy to sell you the power cradle armor separately if you fancy. Say £90 plus £6 postage (the box is a big bastard). Drop me a PM if your keen, and no rush, I can hold it for you if you want.

Me too, Fun Pub had their faults, but they certainly did their best bringing us transforming actionmasters. I do miss the club figures.

Perhaps Wall-e's original function was as a corpse collector/ recycler for the Cybertronian wars... you'd be sad too if you spent millions of years doing that before ending up as a janitor on an abandoned earth.

@Imperator last time i was in Leicester vintage toy shop they had g1 Galvatron for £240 and since I saw that I’ve managed to get the figure and all it’s accesores for about £36 took 4 months to track down the canon (finally managed to get the canon at TFN for £10)

 

Well I think I might end up with both of the PM Primes at some point, but didn't realise the Marvel head isn't out till October...
Think I might go for the Black version first, and the Red normal version if an ebay sale happens!

For mtmte/ll fans, I'm about 6 issues deep into mtmte and I've got a ton of questions. I think some might be answered later so please let me know if that's the case. I'm avoiding tfwiki cos it's spoilerville.
1) why did rodimus give Cyclonus a special deal to get out of prison want join the crew?
1a) why does Cyclonus sometimes talk to Tailgate in depth about deceptions and sometimes beat him up?
1b) why does Tailgate know who Cyclonus is?
2) did skids just come from the future and no one cares?
2b) How come everyone knows his name and thinks he's dead ?
3) why is fort max a voyagerish sized tank guy and not, you know, a fortress?
4) who do you use as Ratchets voice in your head ? Tf prime ratchet doesn't suit some of the stuff he says
5) what was Whirls old name ?

Obviously there are tons more like what is the aquetas chamber or Garrus 9, but I feel like that will come up again for sure.

Just in case it's not a given, I am totally hooked. Can't wait for commuting / bed time to pick up, the rest of life is just an interval. Exercising all kinds of restraint not to plow through without examining every panel. (My only gripe is purely personal and the same gripe I have with most Tf media: not enough alt modes used)

Aquetas and garrus 9 are from last stand of the wreckers. Actually garrus 9 is from furman era. Spoilers for last stand, which happens before mtmte.

Spoiler: Last stand spoilers

G9 was an autobot maximum security prison. Fortress was the head warden. Overlord attacked, took over and tortured fortress for tye codes to the aquetus chamber for three years before the wreckers liberated it. Overlord was also trying to get megatrons attention to fight him in battle. Grimlock was also a prisoner there at this time. Aquietus was a computer that measured a criminal's guilt and judged him innocent or guilty amd stored in tue basement of g9. It ended with most of the wreckers dead,g9 wrecked, grimlock missing and Overlord reduced to a flaming skeleton. Was a good book
