Here are some frame grabs of what I’m generally using, from Cura. The only thing I change is the support and build plate adhesion settings as that varies with every print. And on my printer, I always have to manually change the print speed. For some reason, it doesn’t ever come over from the Cura settings.

I have Infill set to 100% for these tiny pieces but if the print gets bigger I’ll turn that way down to like 20%.

Try some of the settings I posted. I took some advice from a youtube video about some of them and even though the video didn't have the same printer, some of the numbers translated. You might also find what the "magic numbers" are for your printer. I've read that every printed has some optimized numbers that smarter people than me have figured out through math and whatnot.

    3.4.1. It's the latest, I think.

Do you mean Shapeways? I've ordered a bunch of stuff there though it's been a while. The prints are nice but they're a little grainy, from whatever post-processing they do. I sent off the Jazz gun to get printed by them to see how it looks.

Do you use PLA or ABS filament?

PLA. I don't want to deal with fumes and such with ABS. PLA is strong enough and I don't have to vent the room.
