Well there isn't a section for videos, but if its in the wrong place than an admin is more than welcome to move it.
Yes, there is. Click “Boards,” scroll down to “Creative”. It will be underneath “Funnies,” which is the section for fan-made webcomics.
Much of the humor is either sarcastic or stems from the pure insanity that takes place in these comics. If you’ve read Stonecrusher’s “Transformers: Nexus” you’d know. It’s not for everyone.

Not everything's going to be spelled out for you. You're going to have to take the initiative yourself. You could have scrolled down and taken a look at the forums. Or checked to see if anyone else was posting videos in General.
