Your bank doesn't have it listed in your history?? Oof. I don't like that. I like having a record of any and all transactions. You could call your local branch or even the 1-800 number, they absolutely have a record of it, even if they might say they don't. They have to keep records of all transactions, including reversals and cancellations. I'm sure if you get a hold of the right person, they can help you. You might have to be on the phone for a good bit, but I'm sure someone along the line must have the info.

Thanks for the comprehensive update. I figured they were more behind than they thought on Tuesday when I called. Lots of exclusives with different fanbases. Not surprised they're overloaded.

 

Just got off the phone with cs. Lady told me that a supervisor was working on the problem and i should get a call next week. I could hear a lot if voices in the background informing other customers the same thing, the system really screwed hasbro over didnt it?

 

So fed ex tracking says expected delivery was today. However no updates since it arrived in Chicago last night. So do I call fed ex and find out what happened?

 

Wait, so is everybody having to sign for their thrones from FedEx? My tracking didn't say that a signature was necessary but the FedEx dude left a slip, I missed it by less than 5 minutes! Got in touch with customer service and they said they were gonna try and get ahold of the driver and have him swing back by. Just thought it was super weird that my tracking page didn't even mention a signature being required.

So after reading a lot of these posts here I have to ask, should I go ahead and give HTS a call? I placed my order using a PayPal account. I got an error on the HTS page and no confirmation email. I do still have the authorization charge pending in my PayPal account along with what I believe is an order number.

My TF order of BB and OP was split and BB arrived today. My SW order was also split into 2 boxes and also arrived. Aphra set was bent into an MD01 box. Han was packed with green bubbles.

No idea where OP is...

 

They packed my Star Wars items together. Both came in pretty good shape.

It'll say Hasbro Toy Shop and then a 7-9 digit number right after it, so it'll look like "Hasbro Toy Shop 1234567" in the email. Copy that number and do the order check on HTS, at the bottom, plug it into the order tracking slot, then your zip code and see what happens. If it still flags it as being non-existent, keep a screenshot of your PayPal emails pertaining to it, because as soon as they find out your order didn't complete on their end, they'll cancel it and PayPal will automatically remove those, so you definitely want to screenshot 'em.

Power + vol down in Android or PrtScn/Windows + Shift + S then paste into Paint, either one of those Windows options will screenshot. Those steps will depend on whatever device you're using.

 

When i got my box with my sdcc optimal optimus my box was beat to hell at one end where the paper inside was. At the other end where my figure box was it was in descent shape but could have been better. Not really happy about the box since the REALLY dumb FedEx driver had to call the wifes cell phone. Even when the name of apt complex in BIG letters is right near the road. He couldn't find my apt either when she even told the idiot there is only 2 buildings in the complex near the sign and what to look for in shapes items etc. Since I'm the first apt number and you can't miss it after making it soooooooo simply he still screwed it up. I really couldn't believe it myself that a guy like this drives a FedEx truck. This is scary seeing as YouTube is filled with guys like this throwing and leaving package in wrong house or just stealing it all together.

 

Yeah I'm still getting a 'non-existant' order by checking it through the tracker. I did screen shot everything from PayPal just in case. I'm guessing this is where I should insist on getting my order filled?
