I love how you love him. It's a brilliant piece of pure toy.

 

I tried with Phonogram but couldn't really appreciate it as I really don't have the same relationship with pop music as Gillen does. Well, no-one has quite the relationship to pop as Gillen does but even so.

WicDiv is better but my absolute favourite of his work is his run with the Asgard corner of the Marvelverse, especially Journey Into Mystery. I really wish he'd return to that, but being the guy in charge of Star Wars is, I suppose, a bit of a bigger gig.

After swearing I would hold off, I obviously caved from @Napalm @Seeaich deliveries and went to grab MFT Trouser Snake using the 15% eBay voucher code. Even thought, might as well grab IF annihilator whilst I'm here. Log on to eBay only to find the missus has beaten me to the punch with a quick clothing haul! Commuted home in disappointment. (edit: I didn't realise, but you can only use the code once)

But what was at home waiting for me? the car! all ready for the trip to tfn tomorrow. A buddy called back and said of course I can stay the night at his. Result. Delivery in door: Its only LORD SCORPION black version. (spear and all, thanks @bcm77 ) Got a message on eBay from a gent, who after a short back and forth, turned out to be none other than the infamous @privatespoon !

now I just need to pack, sleep, shave (not in that order), but first procrastinate here for a bit

Also just remembered. did someone ask for that twinferno for £8? I bought it but couldn't remember who for.

We sloped off early but I was honestly knackered (being sat in the dark for an hour and a half for the DC Douglas panel didn’t help) but yeah can’t say I don’t want to get in there for some bargains.


Didn’t realise @Rotorstorm was talking to you the other day and I was stood with him. I’ll make sure to try and say hi next time. I’ll be wearing a grey Optimus shirt today.
