See my idea for Overlord is to just forget the headmaster thing as the head can stay in place quite happily when in alt mode(s). Likewise both cockpits can still be used in robot mode, so if the prime masters I'm using (Megatronus from Blast Off and whoever it is gets the clear plastic treatment with Punch/Counterpunch) don't want to sit in his tittyholes they can always chill in his canopies in robot mode. Good to give those bonus prime masters a permanent home anyway.

Oh man, so TFN then? Hope all you weekenders are having a good time already. I'll be down tomorrow hopefully in time for the start of the day. I'm already regretting booking my train for tomorrow morning as it's going to be a bugger getting down to the station bright and early when my brain's still in summer holiday mode. If any of youse want to meet to biff me in the mouth, I guess I'll be mostly around the dealer and art rooms (Nick Roche is apparently selling prints of the Chromedome/Rung Lost Light cover!) though I'm also going to try and see Mairghread Scott's panel too.

@Imperator That's the great thing about the TR Leaders, they all (for the most part) let you opt out of the headmastery - BUT Titans Return sold me on the Headmasters gimmick entirely, and I couldn't shake the Headcanon of an even more psychotic head with a female Titanmaster that in my head sounds a bit like David Bowie (because androgyny - and 'cuz Bowie is Awesome)!

Also, this lad here absolutely ROCKS the Toyhax 3D 'Bot symbol!


Some simply balls-out capital-G Genius engineering - mirrored limbs with specially-sculpted screwcaps so even if you did get one with two right legs it wouldn't matter everybody did AND they look damn fine to boot!
To say they're KOwboys may be true but, damn, if they couldn't teach Hasbro a thing or two! Plus some amazing paint apps for the price band to boot! I'm STILL happy with this fella despite the surcharges!

I still have nightmares about us doing our extension, dust everywhere, people asking me questions about what things I don't even know what they are! lol

no, actually I remember now, the nightmares are from the mother in law staying for 3 months due to our youngest being born a week after the extension started, that was hell!

 

@Imperator I enjoyed Gillen's Phonogram but I'm not sure WikDiv's for me TBH, I can only take so much of his writing posture/voice.

I'd hung fire on her dipping due to current inclement conditions, and I'm glad I did because the wee bit of plastic surgery I intended to make her less Moonracer-y expanded as it occurred to me that as well as prepping for her earmuffs I could shave her head a bit for a more characteristically round helmet!

Might have to skip the central fin for transformation clearance though as her head's pretty tight in there in longcar mode, or at least think very small.
