I don't understand what you mean by 'doing it legally'? Who has set up 'legal' rules that haven't been followed by... the other Seeker combiner that doesn't exist.. ?
I find that comment confusing.

In fact, I find this whole discussion boring at this point. My answer to the question of whether I'd be interested is No. I don't see the point in having every (or seemingly every) transformer able to combine. When I asked someone to explain why people are obsessed with that gimmick, the response was 'because the original characters/themes/stories are garbage'.

Since this is getting a little too fanatical for me (and some of the comments hurt my brain to interpret), I'm going to tap out and leave you to continue the discussion without me.

my reasoning is pushing the limits of what can be, original like ideas bcuz i'm tired of the same old OP, SS, Megs, what each have 2 MP figs with OP getting a 3rd i mean i'm sorry i'm just ready for fresh ideas and attempts like the TW did with 2 teams that didn't original combine and what i mean by legally is Hastakomy doing it since they are the owner of the rights of the figures and have now made SS able to combine. My favorite companies are now MT and MMC and GT combiners. MT is doing these awesome original take on existing characters that have been phenomenal, MMC has given us a awesome figures from heart of steel to their whole reformatted IDW figures. GT if we include the rumor that they own/splintered/changed whatever TFM and Warbatron have made the best combiners at the best size and aren't some crappy mp interpretation great CHUGs just like it should be. oh shout out to TFC for making the #1-2 combiner Poseidon the first true modern city scramble

 

Going a completely different rout of Seeker combining, how about going the Dreadwing rout? They combine in JET mode to form a superjet. Maybe even give all the Seekers the ability to form the front and rear portions of a superjet, and even do both at the same time. So you could connect them front to back endlessly!

Starscream, Thundercracker and Skywarp form Vanguard.
Ramjet, Dirge and Thrust form Pointguard.
Welcoming committee form Centurion.
Rainmakers form Stormbringer.
etc...

Combine every one you have to form one massive superjet!

Even if they are Voyagers, this could become massive quickly.

I'd not have minded a couple of twin packs with one being an autobot and the other being one of the Decepticon jets - either the usual 3 + Acid Storm or no Starscream and add Sunstorm. Or perhaps just use a decent mould and make less travelled colours like Forest Green, Purple and the like as other characters - with maybe Starscream as the torso.

I suppose if you wanted to be a real loon you could make a "Cross-Dimensional" Combiner made out of 5 or 6 different versions of Starscream as the body.

Another plan might be to make a combiner team out of an existing jet team such as the Decepticon Air Patrol, Predator Planes or Sky Scorchers.

 

I got a question. What's the attraction of seekers? I mean, I had a few when I was a kid and all, but they weren't as cool as the ground vehicles. Just wondering.

SCIENCE COMBINER! All the bots who deal in science like perceptor and Wheeljack and Jetfire.

 

 

The dinobots are combiners. I could totally see a seeker combiner if Hasbro returns to combiners.

 

Didn't SDCC imply a SG Seeker combiner? Their last appearance of the Shattered Starscream included all three of them were recolored Unite Warriors Starscream. Starscream was in G1 Jetfire colors. Thundercracker was in Action Master colors. Skywarp was in Cybertron colors.

Actually Piranacon wasn't the first scramble city combiner. Tfc Defensor was rocking scramble city waaaay before it and I really wanna say tfc Predaking was before that too but not 100% sure on that one.
