I'm right there with you, kinda starting to stress out but I'm hoping all is well. I got my email confirmation, and my order status says processed but the charge is still listing as pending at my bank. Hoping we'll get shipping confirmation soon, it was supposed to ship out Monday and the longer it takes the more it stresses me out.

 

My Hascon Arcee took 3 or 4 days to ship out last year. They're just slammed and trying to cope right now. You "should" be okay. I'm in the sane situation though, processed, payment pending but not shipped.

 

It's now scheduled for a Thursday delivery. I figured with the late shipping confirmation email that it would get pushed back a day.

I decided to call Customer Service just to make sure everything was all right with my order. The woman was very nice and said that as long as your order says "PROCESSED" you will get your Throne of The Primes. She said that right now they have insanely high number of orders so it will take a few extra days for Throne to ship but, with my order at least, there are no issues with the order and it will be sent out within the next few days.

She actually seemed relieved that mine processed, as when she looked she said "Okay, great, your item is marked as processed so that is VERY good" and at the end I said I knew they were busy and she said they were and thanked me for being polite.

So if your order says Processed you will get Throne of the Primes. You are locked in and now the warehouse just needs to box up your order.

I get the sense that, due to the high demand, Hasbro will ship this last because they want to ensure no one ordered more than they should have... so until everything is sorted they won't ship out that figure but everything else is fair game.

And per the Pending Payment... this is common. Usually they will wait till an item leaves their warehouse before they finalize payment. Amazon does this all the time.

 

The graphics on the main page have changed items that said "Check back tomorrow" now say "Check Back for Updates", may mean there is an update for more stock today?

 

New poster here- just getting back into the TF collecting scene after 13 years or so. I loved the look of this exclusive so I played the f5 lotto and managed to get an order in on Monday. For what its worth, I'm located in southern Maine and my order is on a truck for delivery today!

(I also ordered a bunch of the POTP legends that are hard to find around here- those little guys are great!)

 

Mine will be here tomorrow!  

 

My Monkey Prime showed up today. Didn't get the cards that I did with my initial order, so it seems the first order got erased like someone said it might have. I'll get the cards on ebay, I'm happy getting Monkey Prime so fast though. I'm opening him tonight!  

 

Also, as a note, Monkey Prime's box is /HUGE/.

 

Monkey Prime and Bumblebee showed up today. Came fast. Didn't even get a shipping notice. Delivery was smoother than last year, everything else not so much.

No. They're backlogged by a large number of orders that were successfully processed, then and only then, will they get to outstanding orders beyond what "sold out".

 

Did they give you a tracking number on their website? Just curious.

 

For those of you who are not receiving shipped emails: look under the line item in the particular order in your order history. There will be a tracking number listed there if your order has shipped. Mine is to be delivered tomorrow, but I still haven't received an email. As I have mentioned previously in this thread, their email system Hasbrotoyshops. Er, I mean it sucks. Those two terms are synonymous and I get them mixed up sometimes.

 

Folks that got their gorilla, where are you located?

 

I'm in MD, so HTS is about 2 hours from me in PA, mine will arrive tomorrow. I ordered really early on before the add to cart was around, I did the wishlist add.

 

So did I, but mine hasn't shipped yet. Folks who ordered towards the end, might wanna strap in for a while.

 

Got mines today. Ordered Mon. I live in NJ. Added a picture to show box size. Also OG Primal showed up to see what's going on

 

Everything I ordered has apparently shipped (except for my throne), which, of course is the thing I really want. This is giving me anxiety.
