Oh well, the only thing I wanted were the 4 Prime Masters, the Scepter; oh Wave 2 and 3 of the regular Prime Masters. I guess Hasbro doesn't want my Money.

 

Ehh, decided not to screw around and ordered the Takara version from Amazon Japan. $75 shipped!

 

Well I'll either end up with 4 thrones or no trading cards.
I'm sure I had a confirmation number. (2 Thrones, 2 card sets and a garage. )I tabbed over to look for the email confirmation and nothing was there. Tabbed back to write the number down and the page was replaced with a generic error.
Nothing was charged to my account, so I ordered again thinking I couldn't order 2 more thrones if my previous order was complete.
I was able to order the 2 thrones and a garage, but the cards were sold out.
I got the confirmation email for that order right away, but nothing on the first.

 

I was quite sure I got to the order confirmation page with a Primal and a Bumblebee. I received a confirmation email from paypal. But when I went back to HTS, my cart was still full and I had no order history.

So I placed another order for Bumblebee on HTS and pre-ordered Primal elsewhere. That's annoying, but I'll still be getting what I wanted, even if I have to wait a few months for that Primal.

Does your PayPal receipt have an order number? On mine, it is the 7 digit number down in the itemization under where it says Hasbro Toy Shop. Receipt doesn't identify it as such, but I cross-referenced my order confirmation page screenshot and it's the same number.

 

Same here. They even charged my credit card. Now I see a refund on my card and no order in my history on HTS. Leave it to them to find a way to fuck this up. I have been progressively getting less and less interested in toy collecting as the years go on. This sort of crap only serves to kill what little interest I have left.

 

If they process orders and find you ordered four they'll cancel two of those because the limit is 2 per household.

Makes sense. Process all of the orders, confirm nobody tried to fudge and order more than the limit, and then potentially have more in stock once those are cleared off the books.

 

I was happy to sit out Hasbro's Game of Thrones today. Coincidentally the one I bought last week (paid about $5 more than what the Takara one would be shipped from BBTS) arrived today.
I really like it overall, though the throne packaging is lost on me. It's cool and I appreciate the thought that went into it, but into the recycle bin it goes.

I had that problem too.Have you tried to turn you phone horizontally. That’s what I did. I was only after the Han Solo and the Dr aphra sets.
