I can't see the issue with Uproar or any of the birds really. If you are a stickler for scale, I guess I get it.. but to be realistic, the scale isn't actually that off, if at all, for real animals. Maybe what they are shooting for? A black Jaguar ( Panther ) is smaller than a lot of big birds..

That said.. I love larger figs for my money. No complaints here. Having held the birds and the Ravage, etc. Well worth the price. I liked the birds 70% more when I had them in hand. They pose awesome and tons of die cast feel.

As for the blue.. I did see another weird blue one around that wasn't the correct blue.. not sure what that was about, but the one on sites like A3U and such looks pretty sick to me.
I feel like this this 2 pack is a hit any way I look at it. Great release. Excellent 2 figs to combine.

The biggest issue most people have with the size is they like posing Laserbeak on Megatron's and/or Soundwave's arm, and the giant birds do seem out of place for that. (Not for me, I like them as well, just sharing what I've seen posted)

I get it.. I hear ya. Good news for them is the birds pose well enough to do that. :)
I think we can find an image or 2 where the birds are pretty big on an arm too :)  Really, imo, when has scale ever been a cornerstone in TF lore?.. haha :)  Cheer man.

I think the first one is actually a smaller Soundwave. Anyway scale issues is why I'm all in on Mass Shifting. I liked the IDW take on it that anyone is capable of it, but it is painful and the larger you grow the more it hurts. With Mass Shifting they could also be smaller, but that isn't my preference as I figure too big is better than too small.

The rockets on my Catcall are really loose. Really wish those were screws and not rivets holding them in. Might toss some glue in there.

I think I heard some people having this issue with the Ravage version, is there any popular fix?

Other than that, I love these two. The diecast just makes these feel amazing.

I got one of the reissues of Ravage and I’ve had similar issues with my thrusters.

The right rocket is kept closed with a tiny booger of poster putty, while the left rocker won’t fully close in the first place.

But, leave that aside and it’s a pretty perfect figure. It’s also my first MP and I look forward to getting a Soundwave to go with it eventually! xP

I just got my shipment from Planet Steel Express... and I got two copies of Uproar... *womp womp*

EDIT - which turned out to be a good thing, because one of the guns on one of the copies was cracked and broke off in transformation. Meanwhile I sent them photos and they're going to ship me a Catcall when they get it in.

How funny is that? I just got mine a day or two ago and just opened them today and turns out I got two copies of Catcall! I sent them an email letting them know. Hoping I'll have a response by the beginning of the week.

LMAO! If my second one wasn't busted, I'd trade you! They already shipped out my copy of Catcall.

They sent out mine pretty quick, but I also caught them before the weekend.

I was hanging out with the North American MMC OM rep this afternoon in A3U... he did tell me that the upcoming TA Soundwave had OM's Laserbeak in his deck. Now 35% of the time we hang out, we shoot the breeze and bull$h!t somewhat, but I think he was being serious time around. Considering that I passed on both OP and Megs, this may be the first TA figure I'll own. Finally the OM cassettes will fill in with both TA and MP scales.

Yeah, the NA MMC rep saw it irl at the con I think? .. so, I'm sure the OM cassettes will fit in that TA Soundwave. The cool part is, I think it comes with a blank tape and a Buzzsaw/Laserbeak bird too! I missed Prime so.. yeah. This could dammage the bank account again. Haha. Just posted a pic. Definitely cool playability mixing 3P brands this way with licensed products.
