I was wondering why of the two Constructors I have, why each of them has one arm that has a fairly loose hand. I disassembled the forearms and look what I came across, which probably comes as no surprise. The hand that has no play has the super heavy duty gray spring and the other has some cheesy piece of junk spring that the idiotic moron on the assembly line threw in there. So damn lame. They just suck. Yea, a good looking bot, but their attention to detail is for doo doo..!  :wtf: w fullsizeoutput_18b.jpeg

TFSource as well. I've had one problem with a Gigasaur in the past, and they were quick to respond. We'll see how they respond with this.

Is it having problems moving out to the side like a wing span or forward/back?When rotating the shoulders forward or back, pull away from the torso and the ratchet teeth disengage. It should freely move around. Then once the rotation is where you want it, let it move back to the torso and it will lock in place again.

I had this issue when I first got mine except it wasn't an arm, one of my legs on my Scavenger figure was missing a spring. taking the legs apart was a nightmare, but I needed to see what the spring looked like so I could replace it. I ended up having to go to an Ace Hardware store to buy 1 tiny spring for $1.00 (dayam, springs be expensive. lol)

Yes they are. LOFL. I rolled the dice and I think I found some on eBay that match the width of the spring I need. They look almost identical. If they don't work then yea lowes or home depot here I come. haha

The movement I'm talking about is rotating the arms forward together during the transformation to form the engine housing / "hood" of the bulldozer. I'm not sure if this is the problem. There doesn't seem to be any "play" in pulling the shoulders out from the torso.

Does anyone have any tips for opening the clear pieces to get labels in there? It looks like there are designated raised spots for the decepticon label, but I can't find any readily apparent way to open them up.

thanks, it's nice of them that if toyworld constructor is bought in one set even though each figure costs 100 dollars and since there is 6 members it would be 600 dollars, they put it to 470 dollars so basically you are getting one figure for free and 30% off of another figure

You need to unscrew the back of the chest piece to get to the raised faction symbol spot.

as long as they are similar width and tension, I'm sure you know, but you can cut the length. I've had to do that a few times. Amazon has some good precision wire snips I use all the time for TFs.

Want their number to call if they're not getting back to you? I'd call and make sure they know I'm waiting personally (I'd still be nice though...you want their help).

I try not to hate on tfsource. Man it’s hard sometimes.

As a consumer. When I’m buying total luxury unnecessary, crap so silly I don’t feel comfortable telling 97% of my acquaintances about my collection kind of thing.... I expect some serious white glove treatment.

When I’m in the Louie vuiton store with my wife. Every fucking syllable out of her mouth better be funny as fuck to the salesman.... and I don’t care how annoying she is about a strap, mofo better be engaged in her issue

In all fairness they did fix the issues I had with stuff I got from them. I think it was 2 figures? Maybe 3...I don't recall...I've bought a lot of crap for my collection.

He's going pretty much through the same hoops I did. Write and contact, they say they'll give it to Rob and Rob will get back to you. I *think* it took a couple days once they passed it on to Rob before he got back to me, but he did and took care of my issues (one was with this very set).

At least it sounds like he's on the right track.
