I just hope MP Hound’s alt mode scales with the other cars. As much as I love Willis, his alt mode is too damn big.

And I didn't know TT thinks Hound has resting sad face. Every day is a glorious miracle.

I wouldn't bet on it, his Jeep front chest looks pretty much the same scale as Willis does. Personally I wouldn't mind Hound being a head shorter than the other carbots (not only to get a better alt mode scale but also because he seemed smallish when buddied up with Spike and fighting Rumble). But Sunstreaker is next to him in the pics and they look fairly equal I'd say.

...gnaaarrrr - just picture him rendered in dark green and chrome, wrought with black details and delicious tampographs: waiting for the eventual + diaclone color scheme is going to drive me batty!..

Not really, getting Hound done has no bearing on Porsche continuing to be overly-precious dicks about granting permission to do their cars or not.

Have been begging for a reissue of Willis from FT. Now we know why. Bring on this beauty!

Also, there's a better shot of MP Prime. I'm digging that face sculpt. I'm cringing at dropping the 250 for him, but I just took a shift toward retiring MP-10 with that gorgeous face sculpt.

Looks like this could be the first MP where both the shoulder launcher, and hand weapon store in alt. mode. Now if the vehicle mode turret is hiding somewhere inside that robot I will be SERIOUSLY impressed.

Im actually a little saddened from the Hound/Wheeljack+/Prime 3.0 pics.

Its more clear to me than ever that I need to follow suit and shift to the cartoon aesthetic. The Hasui era is is indeed dead and will likely be phased out eventually with the inevitable MP-13+.

I prefer the realism that Hasui merged with the cartoon, but the earlier figures aren’t going to match future figures. I’ll have to pick up the “+” figures after all and contemplate the possibility that I may be rebuying new versions of characters as they become available. I’ll have to see what happens but all of a sudden my collection is potentially replaceable when I had considered myself almost done.

    Rest in piece Hasui MPs.

    Damn!

Oooooh, true, forgot about him. Just seems a bit more impressive with hound, given how massive his missile launcher is.

ohhhhh! You're right! I guess I've never even looked at the 3p ones that closely.

looking at this pic, does anyone else wonder why there are three pins in his head? Like maybe they have a different face, or possibly the full mask for underwater adventuring (dont know why this is needed since robuts don't need to breathe...) stored in there like the original seeker molds or rodimus? Maybe you can just open up the head and push the face that is shown here back and swing down the alternate face or mask. Just a thought...

Not much left to go. IF they end the line not releasing Jazz, Cliffjumper or Mirage, I tell ya, it's not going to be pretty.
