Really? I love his headsculpt, as far as I’m concerned he’s perfect.

 

the chin is waaay too long , the white repaint thats incoming looks more like sunstreaker

apart from that i love the figure

 

Love MP Hound but definitely there will be the MP+ for Hound as well in future

Not a fan of that cannon armature. Would have liked to have it sit closer to the torso, or even just partsform if necessary. I'm interested in Detritus depending on in-hand reviews, but it'll be hard to resist Hound.

Hmmm... I thought TakaraTomy's Hound would be the definitive version but now I'm not so sure. It looks good, maybe even better than what FansToys delivered with their design, but... I dunno, it's a bit underwhelming. Like they went for cartoon accuracy and then just forgot about what proportions were. I hate to say it but recent Masterpiece figures have been highly disappointing to me, and Hound looks like he might continue the trend...

Yep, my Grapple has this problem with his right shoulder, I believe it is. Either way, I agree with you that the shoulder design is not amazing - I really think they should have had a little latch fold over top of both shoulders to lock them in place.

 

I did, twice on both arms on both figures, if you’d like I’ll post a video of it tomorrow. NONE OF THEM POPPED OUT

 

In fairness Sunstreaker is more like this guy

 

Wow, the lack of detail is staggering. Just empty flat panels everywhere. Seeing this next to Wheeljack, who came from an era when they actually tried to make them the best of both worlds, looking like the animation model but also faithful to the car and the G1 toy... this is just plain ugly to me. Easy skip, like most MPs these days

 

I can dig it. I wash he was a darker green but it's a minor thing that's really just my personal taste

 

Withholding judgment until I see accessories and jeep pics. Really pumped that he's coming out, but I want to wait and see before I pull any triggers.
