So it seems that Dinobots are coming packaged slightly mistransformed, in that the shoulder ring is facing outwards when it should be facing inwards and covered better by the shoulder/thigh flap. Not as bad as MP-27 coming misassembled!

Dinobot looks pretty amazing. I think my absolute favourite thing here is not only the alternate faceplates, but the opening mouth gimmick. I almost want to buy it just for that feature alone - so much play factor there!

 

IF that is the pose I think you were doing, place his Sword on his chest.

 

That's the "just died" pose, not the "cremation" pose.

Indeed, it seems with each BWMP release they've upped the ante in facial expression in both modes. Primal had 3 beast faces and 4 robot faces, Cheetor had 3 of each but then went the extra mile with 3 different sets of beast mode eyes and now in addition to 4 robot mode faces and two sets of beast eyes Dinobot has a posable jaw in both modes! The amount of character imbued in this figures is unprecedented within the MP line.

 

What kind of accessories would everyone be interested in?!

 

Yes, it's really impressive. I'm still into G1, it's my bread and butter, but after watching S1 of Beast Wars I was pretty close to buying MP-34 (I just couldn't find him at a reasonable price). I was going to go for him over MP-40 solely because of his multiple face expressions (in both modes!). The fact that the Beast Modes are also articulated compared to a relatively static car-mode is also a big turn-on for these BW MPs, and also makes them even more impressive. They aren't just a super-articulated robot that turns into a car/gun/plane, they're a super articulated figure that turns into a well-articulated beast.

Overall a really impressive aspect to the MP line.
