I couldn’t get into this show. I gave it 5 tries. Does it get better after the first five awful episodes. Do the characters become less grating at least? Or is that the tone for the whole series?

I’m not trying to be a smart ass, this is a legitimate question. Is it worth sticking it out, or should I just accept that it’s not my cup of tea?

Don’t bother. The show refuses to let its characters grow and change despite having all the opportunities.

Who cares? This is a serious question. Was anyone been hyped that they were gonna release the combine and conquer dvds?

I liked the show, but it’s not for everyone. It can be amazing to some, and a complete waste of time to others.

Some people do care. If they want to collect this show on DVD, that’s on them. Just because you may not like the show doesn’t mean others don’t.

Thanks for the input. Seems like it’s not for me, but glad others are enjoying it though.

Its Transformers so i want every episode on DVD ... sadly they gave up in the UK releasing them before finishing season 1 .
Luckily i managed to keep them via dvd recorder .

Admittedly i wasn\'t a huge fan of this version . Denny Clay annoyed the hell out of me and Grimlock looked and sounded completely moronic and not in the fun \" Me Dinobot \" way . I also wasn\'t a fan of animal robot modes for the decepticons .

It did have it\'s moments though . It was nice to see Bulkhead , Rachet and Jazz . The Starscream story was pretty good and i liked the way his new body was explained .

I agree with the earlier comments about character progression . Strongarm and Sideswipe seemed to learn lessons and then go back to how they used to be the next week .

Are you lacking in the cognitive department? You seem upset some people like a cartoon you don't like.

I’m not upset. I’m just confused by the fact that people would like this show.

I happen to be one of those people that like this show. So what’s there to be confused about?

Well cause the characters are boring & don’t change, most of the villains have no personality or character motivations and they force in toy line ideas that mean nothing.

You have your opinion, and I have mine. Though forcing toyline ideas into the show is not a new concept. Transformers exists to sell toys.

Yes but it can be done well. This show did it poorly.

That is a matter of perspective. While I admit some concepts were shoehorned in there. I found others were really well integrated.

Well I enjoyed the Weaponizer Mini-Cons. They were integrated nicely to coincide with Starscream’s return. Along with the Activators and Soundwave. Both had were executed well in my opinion.

What did the activators even have to do with soundwave?

I don’t follow what you mean. The Activators were sent by Cyclonus to assist Soundwave with breaking free from the ShadowZone to summon Megatron. That has something to do with Soundwave.
