    Amazingly though, Hun-Gurr is gone now. Man that was fast! He only lasted 3 hours.
    Id think Walmart would have more stock than that!

    It works on older stuff (Combiner Wars, etc), the same stuff that is already discounted 20%-off on their eBay page, which has a lower free-shipping minimum anyway.

    As I said in the HTS In Stock thread, they've started treating all new product on the site as "exclusives," meaning no promo codes will work on them, including the 20% off ones from signing up for emails. I ran into this problem when I tried to use one to order ML Doc Ock when he was first in stock. Product page says:
    It's absolute horse shit.

    Yeah, several online stores I've frequented in the past have done this kinda thing. What they don't realize is that I'm the type of buyer that, once they start making it impossible to use their sale codes, I'll just move on. I know of at least one site that I used to spend hundreds of dollars at each year, then their discount codes started applying to less and less, so now, if I spend $75 a year with them, I'd be surprised.

    Same here. I'm probably going to quit using them. It was bad enough when they started excluding the SDCC exclusives from promotions, but now if they're just treating everything like that...

    I argued with a woman on the phone about it saying "But these items aren't exclusive to HTS..." but that's how they want to do things now.

    Yeah, there was a time when it worked. At the very least, you used to be able to get free shipping on them if you hit the $49 mark.
