Ok cool. The micro masters are kind of triple changers. Robot, vehicle, and combine into weapons.

 

It's possible we'll be seeing another downscale on Leaders but with this one the budget being put to the more complex engineering of Cab robot in armour and modular weaponry. Both of those on a single figure has got to put an increase on the parts count at the very least.

 

The wat they form the weapon reminds me of the subclass of Micromasters that were two halves of a single vehicle.

I wonder if we won't *also* see those. And, in essence, they're all acting like Minicons.

 

I was really into that UM, until I saw the "battle damage" poop flecks on his legs. I guess I'll wait until we get a high res pic, but man I hope there's a way to get that off.

 

That's a good point, and really leaders have been a bit too big for my liking so replacing CW Magnes with this may not be a bad idea.

Those Micromasters are exactly what I was expecting and I can't wait, can't believe out of all the characters getting updates these guys would be it. I just don't know if I'll get Hound I already think CW Hound is perfect but this one looks more accurate (and I also just love Hound in general), will wait for a proper reveal later today. And I love how G1 accurate Ultra Magnus, I feel he'll be better then the CW leader but I also want a properly scaled Magnus to display with POTP Rodimus Prime and I feel this one won't cut it.

 

I like what I see so far, Micromasters look fun.

 

I don't think I'd mind that for leader class, but I hope they keep the sizes of the other classes the same for many years to come.

 

I wish the mass retailers ones were so glossy... oh well, they look like fun figures, I'm actually surprised.

I hope they show more WFC toys. Or at least the altmodes for Hound and Ultra Magnus.

 

CW Ultra Magnus is officially replaced.

 

For me it depends on whether he measures up height wise to cw Magnus, have to see comparisons.

 

Height or not, this is what I've been wanting aesthetically.

 

Look closely inside the chest. There looks to be something inside. You guys may doubt it, but I suspect it's the exact opposite. Sure, there's the chance that it may be incompatible with Combiners, but looking at the figure, there is the chance that the engineering is just not visible, rather than not there.
