I have hopes of a Black Jinrai/Primitive Prime set coming from ToyHax soon.

 

that would be cool, though honestly i dont think he really needs that many stickers, hes got some nice paint on him

 

They already have the layout since they did Jinrai and Magnus inner bot sets. It'd almost be a waste to skip him. I'm hoping for a couple con symbols, some red and gold accents for the trailer, and maybe some extra highlights for the skate ramp

 

If the don’t do a set for him I’ll probably get some of the silver backed black logos

 

Not sure if this counts since it's technically not a figure, but I turned the box for Titanium War Within the Fallen into a TARDIS interrior... it wasn't originally intended to be that. It was just suppose to be a display stand because I liked the box art so much I couldn't just throw it away like I do with every other box...

It's also at been repurposed before as Dark Mite's throne room.

Just go to www.YouTube.com/rialvestro look for Dark Mite or Future You Episode 2 Daleks in my TARDIS, and you'll see what I did to repurpose the Fallen's box.

The TARDIS console by the way, it's kinda hard to tell because of the warped shape but it actually has the movie version's face on the control panels.

 

I'd say that counts, it's always good when we have unorthodox repurposings here.

 

I’ve been trying to get Topspin & Twin Twist for my Wreckers and while I’m hoping to find the TR versions, I was checking out the FoC retools of the Combaticons. Anyway, if you’re an IDW fan, it occurred to me that Topspin actually wouldn’t make a half bad pre-empurata Senator Shockwave. He’s got the garish bright colors and a fairly Shockwave-esque chest. He also would probably scale pretty well next to FoC of CW Shockwave.

 

Good idea, awhile back I proposed that FOC Whirl would be good as Glitch.

I feel like I'm about to feel dumb for asking because I'm sure there's an obvious answer, but is there a decent Ironfist/Fisitron stand-in? I foolishly passed on the FoC repaint when the Collector's Club was purging them all (did manage to get the Animated version at least) and now both he and the 3P one are waaaaay too expensive for my liking. I feel like there's gotta be some Energon or Cybertron figure I'm unaware of that looks enough like him to work, but I'm stuck for ideas.

Oh wow, that thing looks perfect! Funny enough I was sort of leaning towards ROTF Fallback if I didn't find a good one, but Comettor is pretty dead-on for the IDW-era color scheme I wanted. Thank you so much!

I've said it in another thread, but I'll throw it here for those in the same boat. If I am unable to secure the Throne of the Primes, the Clear Megatronus and Solus from the PW3 Amazon figures are gonna be repurposed as Nexus and Amalgamous even if their symbols don't look anything alike. The 13th would follow the original idea that it is represented by the Matrix of Leadership.

I really really really hope it doesn't come to that.

Zarak Maximus, a nobody from an old Micromaster commercial. Now this is intended for a basic TR Sentinel Prime but that's clearly not an option for me. Slap the TR Scorponok head on there and boom! A wonderful headsculpt is displayed and orange ratio is broken up but still present on the head.

Yes, that's the guy. I may track him down and buy him if I see him cheap. Not expecting much, PCC have terrible reviews, but for an IDW character that has 0.0001% of being made, its good enough.
